Newest Cain Accuser Has History of Financial Trouble
ABC NEWS ^ | 11-28-11 | Ross

Like one of his earlier accusers, the latest woman to accuse Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain of sexual misconduct has a history of financial trouble, with a threat of eviction for non-payment of rent just two weeks ago.

Ginger White, who claimed in an interview with Atlanta Fox News affiliate WAGA to have had a 13-year-affair with Cain, has liens and civil judgments in Kentucky and Georgia dating back to 1994.

Eleven of those liens have been filed since 2009, with nine in 2011. The owners of her apartment complex in Dunwoody, Georgia have sued her for non-payment of rent nearly every month since the beginning of the year.

White, a 46-year-old unemployed single mother who is at least twice divorced, was described by WAGA as an Atlanta-area businesswoman. While living in Louisville, Kentucky, she worked at Recruitment Plus, LLC. According to WAGA, she filed a sex harassment claim against an employer ten years ago, and the case was settled. The station also found a bankruptcy filing from the late 1980s.

In January, there is a scheduled court date in an unrelated civil suit filed against her by a former business partner, Kimberly Vay, who alleges that White stalked and harassed her and had sought a protective order. A judge has entered a default judgment in Vay's favor. [snip]

I have a long term relationship with a female co worker. She started working with me when she was 19. I mentored her through college, and her first management positions. After that we would talk every couple of weeks. We still do. It has been going on for more than 20 years.

And I discussed every conversation with my wife. No secrets. No 4am telephone calls.

It would be interesting to find out what his wife has to say about this woman.

They called each other, according to one account, over 60 times in a 4-month period. For those of you who can't do the math, that's once every other day - for months on end. That's a pretty odd "friendship" with a woman that your wife knows nothing about, isn't it? Oh - and at least one of those calls was at a strange hour to be calling a "friend" of the opposite sex - 4:30AM. The fact that his wife did not know he was talking on the phone in the middle of the night with a female "friend" raises more red flags.

You always so gullible? First off you're not telling the truth. The report said 61 calls OR texts TO OR FROM them. Not calling each other 61 times. Report also said she has harassed someone before with texts and calls to the point the person requested a restraining order. NO evidence when Cain called or texted her - how many times, time of day, etc. But hey keep kneejerking to media reports and spreading the lies

All of Newt’s stuff is already out there.

We hope.

I agree Newt's baggage is kind of old news now and he has admitted to his infidelities/mistakes, asked for forgiveness and moved on. Let us just hope he really came clean about everything. Cain is not going to be the nominee, so Newt is probably the only thing that stands between Romney and the nomination. I am hoping and praying Gingrich really puts it all together and runs a great campaign from here on out. He is a brilliant man, if he can stay focused and no more skeletons flop out of his closet, he could be a great general election candidate.

Did any of newts chickies accuse him of harassment?

It’s not about the morality. It is about how one manages their private lives.

13 years? 4:30 am calls only make sense if he is on the east coast and she on the west. Calls multiple times during an intense period?

Unless she was building a house for him, that’s a lot of calls.

This one really doesn’t pass the smell test.

“is it ok that Newtie was banging his employee for years behind his wife’s back because we know about it, but newly discovered affairs by other candidates are disqualifiers? “

I just said its out there. You will have to make up your own mind if you can live with it or not.

...One more thing - this 4:30 call (which as far as I know Cain has not denied) is actually very revealing.

If it turns out that Cain initiated the call, then anyone with a shred of sound judgment knows there's no way that's gonna wash.

But if the woman initiated the call, that doesn't let Cain off the hook. Here's why: a woman who calls a man in the middle of the night feels a certain, shall we say, "familiarity" with the man. If it's not her Dad or her brother, then it's like the woman who saw Reilly Hunter's body language with John Edwards on a video showing the two of them together, and turned to her husband and said: "Oh he's #$%3#43 her!"

There's just certain things you don't do & ways you don't act if you're not intimate with someone: and phone calls in the middle of the night are one of them.

Put another way, there's no good reason for a woman to call a man who's not her father or brother or campaign manager in the middle of the night.

I didn’t attack Cain for any of the sexual harrassment claims, and I’m not attacking Cain for this claim. They are all just unproven allegations.

His response is his fault, it is clearly seen, and it factually verifiable. That is what I am discussing.

He can’t be faulted for what people choose to say about him. He is responsible for how he responds.

I’ve also never tried to attribute motives to his actions on the harrassment or this charge. I don’t say he is lying, or he is hiding something.

You are projecting a LOT of stuff on me that simply does not apply to what I’ve said about this or the previous allegations.

I don’t hate Cain. I think he is the wrong man to choose for President, but that’s just my opinion. I think he is unprepared for the job; he is uneducated on things I think are important, and for a guy who was a talk show host and is considered a great communicator, seems to have a really hard time actually getting people to understand what he is trying to say on a host of issues.

But that has nothing to do with liking him. I considered him for the office; I’ve liked a lot of his policy statements, and his advancement of the conservative message.

I just think he has a lousy campaign, is an amateur unprepared for the national spotlight, and doesn’t have a chance of surviving long enough to beat Obama.

You are saying a lot more about this particular set of charges than I am — not hard, because I’m not speaking about the allegations, only about Cain’s ill-considered campaign response.

Why do you keep spreading lies?

We don’t have any proof of Cain making 4am calls.

HER records were reported as 61 CALLS or TEXTS over time, TO OR FROM the two.

That could mean she texted him at 4am. Could mean she texted or called him 60 times and he texted once to say get lost. We don’t know and a thinking person (not you apparently) would find it odd it wasn’t specifically broken down. Why not just show a text that plainly shows Cain expressing his love or lust for her? It was just thrown out there for maximum effect so shallow minds like yours could run with it.

So without any evidence of anything specific, why do you go off on a 4AM CALL tangent?

Far as Newt, just wait. You wanna set the bar in a way to eliminate a candidate you hate, just wait for it to be turned on your boy.

I believe Cain/Ginrich is our best chance- but could easily support Newt. BUT, Obama’s path is minorities and WOMEN-—
and that’s why you see these attacks on Mr. Cain to raise his negatives wt females. And, they’ll do the same thing to Newt, only worse.

You don't think that Newtie’s behavior is strange? He is beyond a serial adulterer and cannot be trusted to ever do the right thing. He wanted Marianne to accept Callista as his lover, and live with it while they were Married. All the Newdniks act like he never did anything wrong in his life or Marriages. The rats,Media, and Bummer's bozos have huge volumes of really damaging material against him.

He slams the media, and occupies most of the debate time with his claptrap and snotty nose running a mile a minute, and the Newdniks forgive and forget like sycophants.

I see. So if a woman who is a proven phone/text stalker called or texted Cain at 4 am that’s his fault too.

So no matter what the facts turn out to be, it’s Cain’s fault.

Yeah let’s hope it’s an affair he lied about, but just in case it isn’t he is still a bum for something, anything.

And this country burns while being run by swindlers, cheats, perverts and drug addicts let’s talk about an alleged private affair and phone calls. Yeah this guy stinks we want Newt who we know cheats on wives and dumps them.

So what claims did I make that weren't true. ALL of these claims are all over the media. I've seen them in news reports and on CNN

How did Cain carry on an affair while being treated for stage 4 colon cancer, having a colon resection, getting chemo, etc? My son in law had that, had multiple major surgeries, chemo, all kind of medical treatment...never even went out to eat once in over a year,

I do NOT believe this slut.

First off you're not telling the truth. The report said 61 calls OR texts TO OR FROM them. Not calling each other 61 times.

Earth to over30withoutabrain: LOL are you pretending that since some of the calls "may have been" text messages, that suddenly it's OK? Try that line with your wife sometime. "Honey - not to worry! We were only TEXTING at 4:30AM that night!"

(Oh, you're not married so you can't be expected to know that wives don't appreciate their husbands having 61 phone/text communications over a 4 month period with a woman "friend" that they didn't bother to tell her about?)

Report also said she has harassed someone before with texts and calls to the point the person requested a restraining order.

Once again, if true, this works against Cain's credibility: why would he have a 13-year relationship (including calls/texts in the middle of the night, and apparently financial benefits) with an unstable woman?

You would be advised to withhold blind, unquestioning allegiance to any candidate, because $#%# like this happens and then you sound foolish by defending the indefensible.

IF the allegations are true, that two people are calling/texting in the wee hours of the morning without their spouses (or at least Cain’s wife) knowing it, and without a legitimate reason for doing so, then yes, they both have something to answer for.

Anyway, is it ok that Newtie was banging his employee for years behind his wife's back because we know about it, but newly discovered affairs by other candidates are disqualifiers?

You tell us. Are you going to vote for Cain even if it turns out he was "banging her for years behind his wife's back"?
