Anyone have a list of dem states that have been granted a waiver? There is a union waiver list on here from the past. Just would be interesting to see which of zero’s buddies get to play by different rules....red

If one carefully examines everything Obama has done since being elected, there is one unifying theme: punish your enemies and reward your friends. He is an absolutely corrupt political figure with absolutely no moral or ethical center. In that sense, he is perfect.

The unions got one. I know at least one liberal state got one. Sounds like a prima facia 14th. Amendment case to me.

This reminds me in Atlas Shrugged during the part about the moratorium on railroad bonds being paid, obstensivly to try to help the country. Certain people, who could demonstrate a need, could get a waiver. This turned out to the people that were politically connected. The corruption was readily apparent there, and it is the same here.

It doesn’t matter. This whole thing is going to get tossed by SCOTUS next June.
