To date Barack Obama, the dispenser of hope and change and the presiding officer over the least transparent presidency in history, has claimed he only learned about Fast and Furious earlier this year. However, with each new document dump Obama’s timeframe seems to be as inaccurate (or as purposely misleading) as Attorney General Eric Holder’s. For example, just months after he took office it was evident he was focused on a Fast and Furious-like operation, ostensibly aimed at cutting down on gun trafficking on the southern border. Thus, on March 24, 2009, Deputy Attorney General David Ogden made the following announcement:
The President has directed us to take action to fight [Mexican] cartels…and Attorney General Holder and I are taking several new and aggressive steps as part of the administration’s comprehensive plan.
And the following month, April 2009, he stood beside Mexican President Felipe Calderón and uttered words we now recognize as hypocritical and duplicitous at best:
I continue to believe that we can respect and honor the Second Amendment right in our Constitution — the rights of sportsmen and hunters and homeowners that want to keep their families safe — to lawfully bear arms, while dealing with assault weapons that, as we know here in Mexico, are used to fuel violence.
Fast forward one year, and White House logs show that then-Deputy Attorney General Gary Grindler met personally with Obama four times between May 7 and May 19, 2010.

Therefore it logically leads one to beleive :
#1 When you have the FBI confidential informant (CI )
#2 involvement of the DEA who knew about the “rip” gang criminal intent to rob another gang of drugs and money
#3 ATF using Federal Stimulus Funds to purchase 2000 weapons
#$and the gang was led by the FBI informant ( CI )
#5 and Homeland Security had the border agents armed with “Bean bags” per SOP (non-deadly force)
#6 and there was no notification to alert the Border Agents of the “rip” gangs intent to rob from another cartel / or to stalk looking for Border agents
#7 and that an agent was shot and killed by one of the ATF ‘Stimulus Guns’
which may have occurred at the hands of an FBI Criminal Informant) who was leading the “rip”gang
#8 and three guns admittedly were recovered, and later amended to only two guns (an SKS never again identified in later discussions)
#9 FBI lab tests on the two remaining confirmed that the guns were ATF purchased (the whereabouts of the alledged third weapon now denied)
#10 the fact that it took one year for Holder to acknowledge to the Terry family his condolences for the loss of Agent Brian Terry
#11 the sealing-up of the records by the DOJ ( Holder)
All this leads me to believe that the DOJ and their alphabet soup ( FBI/DEA/ATF/Homeland Security/DOJ ) are in collusion and therefore subject to :
RICO Prosecution ( organized crime ) which leads up to the chief executive officer who authorized this “aggressive step as part of the adminsitration’s comprehensive plan “ , since this is above Issa and Grassley ‘s legal competance (both non-lawyers) .

Agreed, until I see some real action, they are nothing to me...I want resignations from Holder and those down the line. Talk is cheap.
The American people will never want to believe that a man they elected President is a criminal, so don't fantasize that they will love the Republicans for pointing it out. Americans won't, and will give the Republicans scant gratitude for it. And the media slime won't tell them the truth because they lurve this Sack.

In addition to that; it is reasonable to add the US to governments involved in State Sponsored terrorism, as the Mexican drug-cartels are terrorist organizations (re: beheadings), and the US directly provided weapons for them.
