This is heartbreaking. All the media has to do is whackify our candidates, then the republican establishment falls in line and gives the media's propaganda credibility. For a time there, Cain was withstanding these charges. I was really hoping that we could beat the media here.

At this point, what would really make me happy is to see Santorum start rising in the polls. Or a rebirth of Bachmann's campaign.

I'm 100% committed to anybody but Romney.(and Huntsman - the media love him too much. It's creepy)

Sure, I'd take Perry or Gingrich over Obama, but I'm not exactly enthusiastic about it.

Debbie, Debbie, Debbie.....

You’re allowing yourself to be massaged by your enemy—the media.

Debbie Dooley has NEVER been a Cain supporter. Do not buy this garbage.

Support around here is still strong for Cain.

He is not defeated yet, and saying so over and over will not make it so.

I bet Debbie winds up endorsing Newt.

His lying and affairs won’t bother her, nor will his numerous anti-Tea Party poisitions

Once again the Left have beaten us.

Don’t worry, if we allowed them to destroy Cain, we’ll also follow suit when they go after the next front runner, and the one after that.

We are so screwed.

“”I think he should withdraw from the race at this point but that decision is for Herman and his family to make,” said Atlanta Tea Party leader Debbie Dooley.”

So who voted this dipwad turd a leader of anything? Crawl back into mommy’s basement, Debbie, and find your dolly a nice cup of make-believe tea.

You know, Cain was probably one of the most exciting candidates in my memory. Last time I was for Tancredo or Fred Thompson, but neither of them made it through, and I certainly wasn’t excited over the rest of the field.

Cain really has “bold” ideas here with the 999 plan, and it was the primary reason I got on the Cain Train. However, if Cain drops out and the media and the left wins this battle... I think I’ll sit it out this election entirely. I don’t really like any of the candidates, and each have their own problems. Bachmann would be good if she wasn’t constantly scratching out the eyes of her opponents. Santorum was simplistic in his analysis of 999, when in reality the sales tax would be a REPLACEMENT tax, per the logic of the fair tax. Romney and Newt is a no go. Ron Paul is good, but is crazy on foreign policy. Gary Johnson... I have no idea what he even stands for except for being somewhat effiminate in the same way Ron Paul is.

Under ordinary circumstances I’d be able to hold my nose and support one... But, to see Cain get taken out like this... It just doesn’t seem like politics really even matters anymore. We didn’t even get to vote for this guy in the primaries to give our own final opinion. Instead, it was decided for us, and the entire GOP basically turned their backs on this guy.

My conclusion is to simply turn off the news. Stay off the radio. Forget politics altogether. It’s all futile. Next cycle around we’ll still be dealing with the same problems, seeing the same tabloid media going after the same gaffes, seeing the same conservatives giving the same lackluster solutions, seeing the same war on Christmas, seeing the same ACLU cases, seeing the same news articles and the same battles... over and over and over again.

Not interested.

For what I know about this at this point:

1. The phone messages. Mostly her calling him. the times he called her apparently it is him calling her back.

2. Still doesn’t change the fact it is very weird to help out a non-family grown female with money, and not tell your wife about it.

I love Herman Cain and would vote for him in a heartbeat. But Herman has clearly shown he doesn’t have the political saavy to go up against Obama’s Alinsky machine. The Regime would shred him to pieces in the general election.

Debbie Dooly needs to see the phone records herself.
As there are none.

This is a high tech lynching by
Rahm Emmanuel and David Alexrod.

They have done this twice before in order
to elect 0bama to the Illinois Senate and the US Senate .

It’s more than heartbreaking — it is, at this point in the process, effectively handing over to the media the power to choose our candidate. We might as well save a lot of time and money, and grassroots work, and let the media take a poll, and we just nominate whomever they tell us to... that’s really what people like this are doing.

I mentor a group and we ardently support Newt - and always send contributions to the Newt Five Dollar Friday Fund - and the last 2 out of 3 weeks we have sent our money to Cain. Tomorrow we are going to try and send Herman double what we would normally send Newt. This is sand and line time. This can’t be allowed to happen. It can’t be allowed.

Cain is almost incidental to it all. I know that is hard to understand, but that is how I feel. The Ann Coulter article that was posted here the last few days is as close as anything I’ve read to what this is all about. Pray for Herman Cain. Men do stupid things all the time. All the time. That doesn’t make him worthless, it makes him a sinner. Pray for Herman.

Huh, imagine. Fox Atlanta, the station that first reported the woman’s allegation, now is able to find a tea party person who is jumping off the Cain Train. What a coincidence. -:)

It ain’t over til its over- Mr. Cain has a long way to come back, but I don’t think he’s dropping out.
