You say “Congress has 30 days to object to an Executive Order (EO) before it becomes law.”

Do you have a reference for that? I’m going to need it when I discuss the problem with executive orders with some friends who don’t yet see how badly the constitution is being ignored.

You can fret all you want about all those EO’s on seizures.

What you really need to focus on is EO 12582 which tasked a Presidental appointed Council with implementing the provisions of Agenda 21 into federal policy. This occurred after the U.S. Senate refused to ratify the UN Agenda 21 treaty: The Convention on Biological Diversity.

This is a clear case of the illeagal implementation of an UN treaty through Executive Order. Several more have followed over the years and there were two more this summer. One created the Rural Council another the Ocean Council. All designed to place America under the Marxist/Socialist control of Agenda 21.

Almost two decades of this is a primary reason that America is headed towards third world nation status. Of course that was the plan all along.

All put in place by the sainted JFK in 1962 and not objected to by a congress controlled by RATS.

Well, as a seasoned wireless engineer I can tell you with absolute certainty that the "test" of EO 10995 was a dismal failure. Actually, pathetic is a better description.

Curious, though, exactly how is the Federal gubmint going to do all this seizing if TSHTF? Where is the manpower going to come from? The (grossly outnumbered) military? Obama's yet to be formed civilian police force equal in size and scope of the military? Existing police departments? Even if you somehow combined all three the effort would still be grossly outnumbered when you consider the scope of the effort required to accomplish the list and that there are roughly 88 million known gun owners and several million unknown gun owners in this country. I enjoy shooting and the wife and I shoot regularly, but I've never really considered myself a gun enthusiast. I view a gun as more of a tool to do a specific job, like a rake or a tractor. Even though I don't associate in the gun enthusiast crowd in my small circle of friends I know several people with gun and ammo collections that could only be described as an "arsenal". (think Charlton Heston) I'm sure these aren't isolated collections, either. Exactly how does the gubmint think they will be able to pull this off in the event of a crisis? The list of EO's is certainly ominous, but it seems a tad bit optimistic when you consider the numbers it would take to actually accomplish total seizure of all these various assets, not to mention the backlash they would face if they tried.

I scrolled down to the bottom of the page for one of the orders, and it was signed by JFK. If they were still in effect when Clinton was in office, then EVERY POTUS them was complicit.
