Just curious, because I really don't know the answer to this - how many representatives would states like CA get if they did not count the illegal population? Does it make a difference?

Seems kinda racist lumping all Hispanics into one group, He should have said the American vote is up for grabs

It's convenient for our overlords to convince the Hispanics that they're all one group and should all vote the same way, like some other groups. No thinking allowed!

No, it is not.

Where the voters identify as “Hispanic” or “Latino” or “Mexican-American” the majority will be Democrats, the party of tribalism and racial spoils.

If they identify as “American” they will be majority Republican.
