The problem here is the rampant epidemic of child sex abuse among illegal aliens, not how the cases are investigated. Mexican men come here from a country where you can freely have sex with a 12 year old girl, incest is tolerated, and rape penalities are among the most lax in the world. THIS is the decrepit culture we are importing, via our virtual amnesty policies. To blame Arpaio for all this is comical.

Many of the victims, said a retired El Mirage police official who reviewed the files, were children of illegal immigrants. Which means the perps probably were too.
Which means that Joe was solving the problem by shipping illegals back to where they came from.
