I don't know how to start a post so I thought I would post this here.
This is an mp3 of a caller on the Roger Hedgecock radio show Dec. 5, who was Chairman of the Board at the NRA. He was the one who hired Herman Cain!!
He tells us he tried to get the truth out to the media but they weren't interested.
And he said that one woman who claimed that Herman Cain had felt her up, had hit on this guy the very first day he was on the job! [Sharon Bialek] And he said that she had left the company before he even hired Herman Cain! So that proves Herman Cain was innocent! Remember? Herman Cain kept saying he didn't even know the woman!!!

For the first time in my life since I've be eligible to vote, I'll probably vote "present" for president.

I don’t think it’s that cut and dry. Even for public figures, I believe there are exemptions. Cain would have to show the women exhibited actual malice, making claims they knew not to be true.
The problem is that none of these women have the assets worth pursuing in Court. The media outlets might have a liability if they continued to publish only the women’a unsubstantiated claims when a reliable source, i.e., the Chmn of the NRA, attempted to clear the record but media chose not to publish that. Those media outlets had reason to know that the claims were not true and chose not to make that public, which imo is actual malice. (not that I’m a lawyer).

It is my hope and earnest prayer that Cain will use this time wisely, working behind the scenes to launch a full-scale defense of himself and total repudiation of these women, and the complicity of the media. And if he can accomplish that, and Newt keeps doing what he is doing, then Newt can ask an “exonerated” Cain to be his VP - exonerated of peddled lies, innuendo and falsehoods. And contrary to others, I don’t think his leaving the race means Ginger White was telling the truth, I think it means Mrs. Cain laid down the law, and Herman opted for his family life. This is so sad and I thought I would stop feeling bad by now. Newt is my candidate, but this Herman thing just keeps my heart hurting for him.

Of course, I’m still hoping the ticket will be the reverse of that, but I’d settle :)
Every day seems like an eon this time around, doesn’t it?
Just to teach the elite RINO’s I will not vote for any non-conservative candidate. Hopefully a super majority in the House and Senate will make Obastard a lame duck and unable to veto the overturn of obummercare. I was told as a young kid that you have to clean out the bathtub before you fill it up with water. Same applies here, rid the GOP of RINO’s first then build the party we need.
With Newt and Mitt atop the polls, the purpose of the early and relentless destruction of Herman Cain is crystal clear. The progressive elites have cleared the decks of threats. They are ensured one of their own will sit in the 0val 0ffice come January 20, 2013.

First we had the Arkansas mafia, now the Chicago way.

His wife said no go. That's what ended it. Period. Trust me, I know his spokesperson from college. She thinks it will let them escape it all, but all it does is add "quitter" to their family legacy, when they should have fought. Blame him for his actions, but this was out of his hands.
Trust me, they’re going to go after Newt. He’s their biggest threat.
They won’t go after Newt in a serious way unless and until he gets the nomination.

The Soros machine just kept throwing dung until they hit on the right formula.
My heart is broken over this, not just because of what this has done to a decent man and his family, but because it shows that NOBODY can run for office in this country anymore as a conservative, without exposing their children and even their grandchildren to threats, lies, ridicule, and destruction.
Some previous Examples:
During Lt. Col Allen West’s campaign in 2010, the campaign of the incumbent PUBLISHED the Soc. Sec. Numbers of Allen and his wife Angela, exposing them to Identity Theft and Fraud. They also published that Allen was a MEMBER of the Outlaws Motorcycle Gang, which is really stupid because Allen is BLACK and rides a Rice-Burner(albeit a BIG ONE! LOL!)
During the 2008 Presidential Campaign, The attacks against Sarah Palin were RUTHLESS and EVIL. The left KNEW that her Faith and her Family were the most important to her, so they smeared her CHILDREN, Her Special-Needs baby, and EVEN BURNED DOWN HER LITTLE EVANGELICAL CHURCH UP IN ALASKA!!! These attacks upon while she was serving as Governor necessitated her stepping down, as they were interfering with the work of being the most effective and popular governor in Alaska’s history.
And of course, we all know about Justice Thomas, Bork, and every other decent conservative who has ever aspired to high office in our country.
By saying that his family was more important to him (as he did in an interview prior to the “allegations”) Herman gave the left the ammunition they needed to destroy him.
Some of my dearest friends have said that “Because he didn’t fight off Ginger White, he was probably guilty”. I have heard since then, however, that Mr. Cain’s GRANDCHILDREN were receiving DEATH THREATS. HIS GRANDCHILDREN!!!!!
This makes sense because early in the campaign, Herman had to get Secret Service Protection. This was not the case for the other candidates, so the threats had already begun.
I am in despair for my beloved Country.
