Couldn’t be too concerned else he wouldbn’t be carrying a 9mm. A month ago I was at a full day training. The instructor looked at the assortment of handguns that we brought in. Then he said that it doesn't matter if you have a 9mm or .45 or anything in between. What matters is timing and shot placement and use of cover. The rest of the day we were focusing on exactly that.
