Talent can’t get any momentum up in Mo. We need new conservative blood in the Show Me State. I am disappointed in Sen Blunt too. I started a petition to draft David Limbaugh lol but couldnt get it off the ground.
Have you attended any republican meetings? I have been to several in my area and they are not well run. Often there is some dinner and everyone sits around and chats...once some woman played the dulcimer!!! I almost lost my steak. I am used to meetings where everyone can add their 2 cents in and offer suggestions..not just shut up and listen to ONE person drone on

One huge advantage Newt has, considering the mess were in, is a lot of people will vote for smart - across the whole spectrum, repubs, dems, women, gay, . . even Hollywood and journalists - well, a big maybe. Most people are attracted to "the smartest person in the room," especially women. They like smart and verbal. There's absolutely no comparison with the current WH occupier. I think, in general, people think smart people "get things done." They are sick and tired of "present" and are thirsting for a real leader.

That's a good point - remember how hard the Rats pushed the Big Lie that Obama was brilliant.
