He scoffed when he read in late 2009 that the Obama administrations Department of Homeland Security planned to hire a thousand computer-security experts over the next three years. There arent more than a few hundred people in the world who understand this stuff. If there aren't more than a few hundred people in the world who understand this stuff why can't they track them? It has to be somebody and possibly any number of somebodies on that level who are doing this.
