Barack Obama Would Lose All 12 Swing States Today, Poll Says
Sunshine State News ^ | 12/13/2011

Posted on 12/13/2011 7:08:23 AM PST by RockinRight

A survey of 12 swing states that Barack Obama carried in 2008 now finds the president losing to both Mitt Romney and Newt Gingrich there.

USA Today-Gallup -- polling registered voters in Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Wisconsin -- found Obama trailing Romney 43-48, and Gingrich 45-48.

Because Obama is expected to hold the big states of California, New York and Illinois, he maintains a popular-vote advantage nationwide, where he leads Gingrich 50-44, and edges Romney 47-46.

But the Electoral College math would deliver the White House to Republicans if they can carry the swing states, as the USA Today-Gallup poll shows.

Even more heartening for the GOP is the poll's methodology. Surveys of "registered" tend to artificially inflate Democratic numbers. Scientific samplings of "likely voters" tend to produce more conservative, and accurate, outcomes.

Of course, that poll is for today, not next summer after the DemocRATS and their lapdogs in the state-run media have had several months to destroy every aspect of the Republican candidate’s life.

Good thing the U.S. military is on our side!

I don't know that you can make that assumption any longer. The officer corps in the U.S. military is under the same politically correct, liberal, socialist indoctrination as any other school or Fortune 500 company. Globalism, socialism, pro-homo/lesbian, pro-Islamic, anti-American all reigns supreme in the U.S. military. You can't even get into the U.S. military academies unless you suck up to and write politically correct, liberal applications & beliefs to the the same liberal RAT bastard legislators who are currently destroying our country.

Look at the 50-60 ex-generals & admirals that 0dumb0 can always pull together to tout the lies that he is a "patriotic" pro-American! Yah, right....Bulls__t!!!

You will not be promoted as an officer unless you aggressively promote every politically correct, left-wing ideological viewpoint. I would wager to say that 60-70% of officers now espouse socialism & globalism vs patriotic, conservative, pro-American, pro-Christian viewpoints. My nephew went to West Point, he is now a major and if he is lucky, he may be promoted to Lt Colonel, but that is about it. He is a Christian and deemed to be too conservative by those officers above him. The only military that you may be able to count on our side are state militias and possibly National Guard units.

OFA troops went to VA colleges and registered students from New York, New Jersey, New England to vote here in violation of VA law.

Good point. If little Johnnie went to High School in state ABC, and he remains a dependent to his parents in state ABC, Plus if Little Johnnie also pays OUT OF STATE tuition in state XYZ, then he definately should not be allowed to vote in state XYZ.

I would bet a million little johnnies also vote in BOTH states!

For whatever reason, VA and NC are popular college destinations for TONS of NY/NJ students, both private and state schools. VA law says to vote here you have to be a ‘permanent resident,’ which college students clearly are NOT. A couple of electoral registrars challenged their registering here, but were overridden at the state level.

We now have a GOP Gov, Lt. Gov., AG, and majorities in both houses of the state legislature (barely for Senate). If the don’t do something to protect the integrity of the electoral system, and not allow votes of actual VA voters to be diluted, they don’t deserve those positions.

When I re-registered to vote in VA, after moving back from CA, the state electoral board sent a notice to the CA electoral board. Before that I’d moved around a fair amount and never saw one electoral board notify another of the new registration. I hope all those johnnies’ home districts were notified.

“100% guaranteed that the occupy crowd will not accept defeat.”

The average occupier “on the street” wants a new president, whatever the orchestrators wanted. They blame Obama for their unemployment - many of them had jobs when he was elected, and now they don’t.

The colors are exactly as they should be, and as they had been before the Reds realized people realized they were Reds.

“I don’t think Obama’s situation is as bleak as Johnston’s ...yet.”

He already ended several Dems’ careers in 2009 and 2010 elections - the party must know he’s dragging them all down with him (like BJ Clinton did to them from 1994 on). They and the donors will be the reason he steps down; don’t look for Hillary to replace him, though. It was pointed out very clearly during the 2008 primaries that there is no swing vote with Hillary - people either hate her or love her, and there are not enough people who love her.

I don't know what their problem is, he's just openly representing the RATs for what they truly are.

They're just used to lying to get elected.

I understand, and you are correct; in the past, I remember it was reversed on many such maps. The Bolsheviks didn’t like the implications, so it was changed.

In these tough times, nobody believes them; the unemployment and inflation are just too obvious to even the dumbest voter, and the media can’t help them anymore.

He is toxic (IF he runs, watch how few candidates seek any campaigning help from him - he’ll be like BJ Clinton in 2000), and his fellow Dems need to steer clear of him. Most people don’t realize a lot of his rhetoric over the last six months was not directed at Republicans - it was aimed at preventing a primary challenge within his own party.

Another instance of them not admitting where they are coming from or who they are.

Absolute chaos is possible, but I don’t see it happening because of that.

It would probably be more likely caused by a devastating attack, followed by martial law or canceled elections. Never let a crisis go to waste.

Occupy can’t even occupy reality, no less face down a well-maintained group of patriots.

If they think so at the right time, such as October 2012, I imagine he and his thugs will push more independents toward the GOP candidate.

They didn’t tell people in 1917 that they were going to enslave them either; as in “Animal Farm” it just happens in increments.

If it looks like baraq is going to lose, I would expect a scorched earth campaign from the white house and his media.

IMO, if baraq loses, he will unleash his feral humans, burn down the white house and skip the country with the missing 1.2 Billion that just can’t be found (MF global).

If he wins, we will become Venezuela quickly.
