Jerry Sanduskys attorney really isnt doing him any favors.
Sandusky, the former Penn State assistant coach who has been accused of over 50 counts of sexual assault against young boys, waived his preliminary hearing this morning. His attorney, Joseph Amendola, then addressed the media in an impassioned if horribly misguided manner.
Amendola announced that anyone who believes that Sandusky is a child molester should call 1-800-REALITY. The folks at Deadspin did, and this is what they discovered:

Is mental illness a defense, if you argue your lawyer is mentally ill?
And that is why I did not go to law school. Intentional or not, that is the kind of stunt I would have pulled.
I will quote Perry here: “Ooops”
Law schools teach their students never to ask a question in court unless you already know the answer. An intelligent lawyer would have generalized to this situation. That said, this is a funny "oopsie" (yes, even in this context), and it should not reflect on the pervert that this dumb lawyer is supposed to be defending.
Dang, how’d THAT get in there?........................
His lawyer ought to keep him away from cameras. This guy looks like a cadaver.
Was this statement to the press on video anywhere?
Proves the lawyer is of the same mind set as Sandusky—only sodomy matters—there is no morality to the sex act.
The slippery slope of this theology is that if there is no morality in the sex act—then all sex acts are moral. That is why the APA is working feverishly to decriminalize boy rape. They want to make the laws compatible for the Caliphate and the producers who raped the two Corey’s.
Why aren’t these producers in prison? Why is the immoral press covering up the identities of the Producers???????????????????????? They are worse than Sandusky (if that can be possible) been practicing for decades on tons of boys —longer than that POS Sandusky.
Corey Feldman-—NAME NAMES and watch all the left wing establishment come tumbling down—probably includes Jerry Brown and numerous politicians and judges in the Man/boy sex ring. Reminds me of the Franklin Cover-up. VERY evil people allowed to put ideas and worldview into your children—normalize evil.
Yeah I know, MrR is an attorney. It was a stupid move, but my point was I have a tendency to let my sense of humor run away and it often gets me in trouble (at home, at school, at church, at work, on the street...)
Ya can’t make this stuff up...
You just can’t make this stuff up.
If you go to the link provided at the top of the page with the article, there’s a video there. You can hear Amendola’s exact phraseology for yourself.
I think they can both plead diminished capacity.

He sure did, and his wife looked very unhappy about the whole thing. I wonder if she’s beginning to understand what a monster her husband is.
