KEYWORDS: poll
Gingrich -2

Paul + 1

Everybody else stays the same.

I just don't believe this Paul support is real and will show up. If it does, then not only will it discredit Iowa, it will discredit the GOP.

I still think Paul is being used as a useful idiot by the establishment to take out any viable Not Romney candidate. The establishment will bring out the long knives for Paul once he's served his purpose.

1. RINO
2. RINO
3. Kook

Hoping that Perry, Bachmann or Santorum can rally.

The Paul support WILL show up. They are not the same as normal voters. If it weren’t for Paul, they would be home smoking a joint. That have been compared to robots, ergo the name Paulbots. They are the most fanatical so they will most definitely show up and raise hell wherever they go.

Wish Newt had better organization on the ground in Iowa. If I lived there..I would be printing out copies of his white paper, solutions, etc and mailing them at my own expense to as many registered voters as possible.
Had an uneasy feeling when so many started registering in mid December. Paul doesn’t stand a chance, neither does Bachmann but they are doing the damage to the glee of the msm and Roveites.

Would NEVER vote for Bachmann or Romney. Santorum can’t get his numbers up and Perry is struggling too. Would prefer Perry next to Newt. You can have the rest.

Romney has been around 23% forever....To me this looks like Romney 23% ANYONE ELSE 77% !

The other votes have and will continue to slosh around between the other candidates.

If RINOMNEY manages a primary win, he'll have 25% of conservatives voting for him, just like now, and the other 3/4 writing someone else in.

I really question the judgment of the Iowa caucus voters who would even consider Ron Paul in these dangerous times. It just does not compute.

Paul will crash and burn in South Carolina and Florida. I cannot see him finishing in more than high single digits in either state. The percentage of evangelical voters of native white Southern stock is just too high. (Florida south of I-4 is not culturally Southern, but GOP voters are going to be concentrated in areas that are: the Panhandle and Northeast Florida.) In 2008, Paul did not do well in those parts of Iowa that are conservative Protestant (Baptist, Lutheran, or Reformed). He did better in eastern Iowa, with a high concentration of German Catholics, historically sympathetic to isolationism.

White Southern evangelicals, who also serve disproportionately in the armed services, especially combat units, will be unreceptive to Paul's anti-interventionism. By February 1, 2012, Paul's campaign will be effectively defunct. There is way too much angst over his December surge.

I'm not a big Paul supporter, but if you believe, like many do, that the biggest threat to this Country by far is run away government, huge debt, fiat money and a collapsed economy, then you might be a supporter of Paul who, at the very least, understands this. If, on the other hand, you see the biggest threats to this Country as external threats from foreign powers, than maybe another candidate would be the best solution.

I’m not a huge fan of ronpaul, but you gotta give him his due. He’s the only one that isn’t talking out of both sides of his mouth when it comes to government spending. This election is just a mess. I watched most of the iowa debates on the internet. I get the feeling they are a bunch of liars just telling us what we want to hear, except for ronpaul but he’s a little nutty, and santorum and bachman who are stuck at the bottom of the polls. I do not want anything to do with either newt or mitt. Huntsman is just a little too polished for my tastes. I don’t believe anything he says either.

...."They are not the same as normal voters?"....

Somebody that thinks and doesn't follow.

Paulbots= These are mostly college morons that smoke dope and want it legalized mixed with anti war 99%'s. Basically you average libertarian. They would rather take an A bomb on Wall Street than to make a judgement on a foreign country. Paul is a fruit cake and has fruit cake followers thinking they are Constitutionally superior than us knuckle draggers.

G.Washington said not to get in foreign entanglements so the Paulbots bow down and worship. The difference is we have been attacked by these moon worshipers and will continue to be attacked till we kill them all. We attacked the Barbary Pirates right after that was said. We have had many wars since then also. Could we have stayed out of WWI,...maybe. Could we have stayed out of WWII,....Only if you want to speak Japanese. The Imam's are telling us today they are building their caliphate and we will attack anyone that doesn't like it. Paul's head is so far up his ass that he hasn't seen daylight since 9-11. Libertarians basically want legal dope. Other than that, their principles are all over the map.

G.Washington said not to get in foreign entanglements...

What he meant was to not make treaties and other obligations that would make us succumb to delving into other nations' politics and their foreign policy........like the UN..............

Do you mean like the Fed printing money to give to Europe that we borrow from China?

I get it, send an email to Paul.
