Im candidly very disappointed that some of my friends who are running put out so much negative junk, he said here Monday afternoon.
The only person who profits when Republican ads attack other Republicans is Barack Obama, he said, and I think thats pretty reprehensible behavior on the part of some of the candidates.

Good news. Newt is going to take his message straight to the voters. That is one of his strengths. GO NEWT!
To: TBBT
I don’t think that this “let’s play nice” approach by Newt is working. He shot up in the polls because he demonstrated that he could fight when necessary. He needs (needed?) to strike a balance between being pleasant and tenacious.
I am sick of seeing Willard’s establishment toadies out there kneecapping Newt while Mitt pretends to be above the fray. Romney falls apart when he gets hit, and Newt should be firing a few more torpedoes in his direction.

Mr. Gingrich renewed a vow to stick to the high road and campaign positively, He needs to renew his vow every other sentence apparently, because in the next breath he "aimed a stinging barb" at his rivals.
Newt, the Victicrat.

That is good news. Sarah Palin said it is vital the candidates focus on the economy and jobs as well as character and values.

Newt the one man the establsihment pundits said would never get above single digit polling numbers; the man who brings more intellect and spark to the debates than any other candidate; the man who followed Reagan's law; the man who stood up on the stage as other candidates bashed him, moderators questioned his faith and still remained cool. That is the man I want as president of my country. NO BACHMANN, NO MITT, NO PAUL, NO HUNTSMAN.

Cain never polled as high as Newt. Gingrich more of a man in defending Cain than vice versa

I am an Iowa Conservative and would like some input as to who to support in the 03Jan IA Caucus. I like Newt & Santorum and could be persauded to support Michelle in a pinch. Rick Perry could be in play as well but the clock is running down.
Please give me one PRO and one CON for your choice.
Thanks!!!!!
Note: Paul supporters need not apply.

If Newt had some imagination he would turn the tables on his critics easily.
At each of his 44 stops Newt should exit the bus carrying a suitcase.
When he arrives at the stage, he should open the bag and announce that he's also brought his "famous" baggage with him.
And then remove the stuff, like the balanced budget, spending cap, Contract with America, a dozen or so of his best sellers, endorsements, Tea Party polls showing him the overwhelming choice all over the country, etc.
If I were Newt's Campaign Manager he would be back at the top in two weeks!!

Newt needs to blitz all of the voters with talk about jobs and how he will improve the economy as that is very wanting out here in the heartland and like Sarah Palin said, the candidates are not addressing it as much as they should.

The logical choice for me is Newt. This country is in such dour need for direction. In 94, Newt didn’t just help nationalise the Congressional election, when they came in, they actually had a plan. Bill Clinton to this day enjoys praise for his second term, simply because he was present when Gingrich led Congress.
All the crap that they are spewing on this guy today, just seems like bitterness and envy.

Newt happens to be one of those politicians who, when you hear him speak, you say, that man should be president, I’m voting for this guy. I’ll be he’ll draw crowds to hear him speak.
Romney’s playing the usual political game but it seems to work. I hope he gets buried.
