Late yesterday, House Oversight Committee Chairman Darrell Issa’s office sent me an email with a copy of a letter the Congressman had sent to Attorney General Eric Holder on December 15 — a letter to which the A.G. has yet to respond. In it, Issa informs Holder that the Committee would like him to appear for more testimony on January 24, 2012.
In other words, Fast and Furious isn’t going away any time soon.
Issa wrote:
The hearing will examine flaws in the management structure of the Justice Department as demonstrated in the genesis and implementation of ATF’s Operation Fast and Furious. Specifically, the hearing will focus on what senior Department officials could and should have done to put a stop to this reckless program, as well as the specific areas where failures in communication and management occurred.

ISSA, That’s all well and good. But don’t forget to find how who gave the orders to implement this fiasco. I believe you will have to subpeona obama’s cabinet to find that answer.

Exactly. Issa is worse than worthless because he gave the impression he was actually going to do something. Another nutless wonder...
Holder is delaying his case till the election, hoping YObama will win. He calls us cowards and defies our laws knowing that if he goes down, so will YObama.
What flaws in the process? Doesn’t Issa get it? F&F went as planned. The only flaw was that they got caught.

No, it is not. Issa is playing for the cameras. He knows nothing will come of this. If there was to be anything there is plenty of evidence already to make charges stick.
Hearings can go on forever without any action. Time to round them all up with a one way ticket to Levenworth.
And it doesn’t have one durn ting about Eric Holer -or his bunk buddy Obummer being black. It has everything with a stupid plan to destroy the second amendment rights that got people dead.Oh and there was no typo in the names.
No one ever said it had a thing to do with race.
It has to do with breaking the law and to do with trying to set the stage for gun confiscation.

Has the Justice dept ever proved that they got approval to move those guns to Mexico from the state dept?
The state dept says they have no record that the justice dept applied for an export license.
Ergo... they broke the law.
