When I was in my late teens, we started going to a local city park at night to harass the gays who would go there to hook up. It was all in good fun, so we thought. It quickly escalated to robberies, smashing in their fenders, chasing them off, ramming into their cars as they tried to escape. They must have been scared for their lives.
Then one night when I was not there. (different groups, you might say gangs, would do this) A guy I knew from school was harassing a gay guy and punched him. The guy hit his head on the curb and died. My school friend went to Attica for ten years. Just a night of fun (sarc) turned tragic.
The group I was hangin with no longer harassed the gays, there or anywhere. It started as a prank and ended up in manslaughter.
I can see where something like this could lead to lynching. Don’t give the devil a foothold. (Ephesians 4:27)
I pray he gets shelter before it gets any colder - I had a friend whose son was a homeless alcoholic - and he froze to death with no place to get out of the open....
“Nothing disgusts me more than the sight of an old drunkie...”
What they deserve is a firing squad.
I never said that the homeless guy was part of the act. He was fortunate (in my opinion) that these yutes were told or paid to make it look good and not hurt the guy too bad. Also, I never said that the Wall PD procured services of the kids. They were possibly “duped” as well. Amazing what young peeps will do for $$ or other remuneration. Will be interesting - for me at least to follow up and see what sentence will be handed out to the 20 year old - if any. Like I said, just my opinion - didn’t mean to bring out your wrath. Merry Christmas to you and yours. :-)

Crimes like this happen when you build a culture death that does not respect human life. It’s a ripple effect.
Poor man. What scum.
