I don't like FedEx......I was tracking a package once and had gotten home from an errand at about 12:15 p.m......two hours later, I tracked the package again to discover that FedEx recorded it had been left on my porch at 12:10 p.m. which I knew wasn't true.

I immediately contacted the FedEx distribution center to report the error and they said they would contact the driver and have him return to where he had dropped off the package.

That never happened, it remained lost. While the package was insured, it wasn't insured for the full amount so the seller was out $90.

I sent letters to the president of FedEx to complain about the lack of attention given when I immediately reported the loss and he basically said too bad.......

I’ve done the track, wait, shock thing too. I was waiting for a new server to be delivered. I was in the office, near the door, and I could see outside. I tracked the package only to see “Package left on doorstep.”

“Odd,” I thought. So I went outside to check... nothing. Called FedEx, they said the same thing, “We’ll have the driver come around again.” Driver never showed.

I called the next day, and the lady tells me that he came by but no one was home. I told her, “Lady, this is a business, not a home.” She proceeded to ream me out and hung up.

I avoid FedEx like the plague, if I can.
