Officials from the policy-neutral National Payroll Reporting Consortium, Inc. have expressed concern to members of Congress that the two-month payroll tax holiday passed by the Senate and supported by President Obama cannot be implemented properly.
Pete Isberg, president of the NPRC today wrote to the key leaders of the relevant committees of the House and Senate, telling them that “insufficient lead time” to implement the complicated change mandated by the legislation means the two-month payroll tax holiday “could create substantial problems, confusion and costs affecting a significant percentage of U.S. employers and employees.”

The people, I won’t call them Americans, living in this country aren’t very bright. They think they are because the state run “media” always tells them that they are but they are living proof that the ‘RATS’ “dumbing down of America” program worked.

Actually, I see a way to do this that doesn't affect businesses at all -- they can run all their existing software and payment systems without change. It's simple: every pay period, the United States Government takes each employee's FICA contribution and rebates the 2 percent reduction directly to the employee. To reduce the cost, the rebate can be paid via direct deposit, instead of paper checks and postage. (Sorry Post Office, you don't get a windfall.)
Then it's up to government to figure out how to implement the change, not all the businesses. One group, instead of hundreds of thousands.
There, problem solved.
I thought this was not a tax cut but an extension. Their pay check for January and February will be the same or did I miss something. Then King Obama will extend the extension for another 10 months during the next year to use as a vote getting scheme. And it will work because millions of Americans are blind to their lost of their Country to communists.

I don't think you understand how this works.
There are two things at play here. One, there was a hidden tax increase on new homeowners and folks refinancing their homes. This was a distraction to take your attention away from the treachery endorsed by the GOP-E.
Second, they know full well that this will introduce chaos into the system. With chaos comes errors, and with tax errors there comes IRS audits and persecution prosecution and massive fines and penalties.
The entire Demoncat Pary and the GOP-E hate America with a passion that exceeds that of even the evil Soviet Empire Kremlin.

I wonder if the OWS will talk about the greed of the 99% who just had to have the $20 - $200 a month to spend at the cost of a couple hundred billion dollars for the SS fund. I wonder if the WSJ will be demonizing the 99% for the SS fund shortage in a couple years. This whole fiasco will not create a single job but will buy a lot of sheeple votes.
Coming full circle. My vote will be for her. She’s got more balls than the current Speaker..and any of the current Republican consortium. I want this ship turned around. And she’s an angry mom, just like me.
