From the article I read George H. W. Bush still holds a grudge against Newt for not backing him when he raised taxes. He should have followed Newts advice and maybe he would have had two terms as President instead of one.
GHWB has never held a grudge against anyone unless he be a fellow Republican. Same with GWB!
