Deranged people have no place near a nursing home....and those teens are sick and deranged.
Cleaning public toilets in malls is somewhat better, but still doesn't fit the crime.

Oh, I agree with you, especially after reading the entire article:

Not a prank, an assault. How about caning as a punishment like it’s done in Malaysia?
