Allen West: It’s about time we change the leadership in DC

Well I tell ya Greta, give me the opportunity to be in leadership in Washington DC and I think you’d see something different. Because coming out of the military, we didn’t go home until the mission was complete. So maybe that’s what the American people need to understand. It’s about time we take a chance with some of the young leaders that we have sent to Washington DC and move away from this establishment rhetoric and this game that they play in Washington DC.

I’m not voting for Romney, not that it matters since I live in MA and it will go to Obama. I’ve voted for Romney three times now and that’s enough for me. I get sick looking at him and won’t be responsible for anything he does. I’ll be giving money and support to conservative candidates only.

“...who wants the job.”

IMHO, that is the key, i.e., a person has got to want the job before he should be thrown into the leadership “cauldron.” And, I think Rep. West, by these statements, is saying he wants the job. It’s similar to Newt, he has shown that he wants the job(President)by his public persistence/tenacity/facing adversity; and, if for no other reason, I would support Newt-—what do we want to enable Obama to complete his transition/destruction of this country over another four years?

When something doesn’t work out, you change it, you don’t keep doing the same thing repeatedly getting the same result—if you do, that comes close to a definition of insanity.

That was probably the mod incoherent thing I have ever posted.. reminder ...read what you type.

meant

Now he professes to have a spine. Got some proving it to do sir ( meaning A. West)....

My problem with West is he talks big but folds like a cheap suit when the leadership pressures him. If he wants people to believe he needs to walk the talk.
