They still want to force everyone to live in cities; they still hate the freedom of people to move out of their socially and economically engineered hell holes. Agenda 21 will fix that.

I know people who attempted to move into Baltimore during OWE’Malley’s reign and would have brought in some needed tax revenue. All were chased out by the rampant crime. Got sick of being robbed and threatened.
It’s a shadow the follows white people wherever they go.
Whites move to get away from crime— a better class of blacks moves for the same reason, and then the ghetto makers follow as sure as day follows night.
Everything they touch turns to crap and then the move starts all over again.Meantime schools that were left empty now close while we pay taxes to open new schools in the new communities which will soon be destroyed. Running room is beginning to run out distance costs money we cannot afford.
So O’Malley and his crooks come up with Plan Maryland, to try to force the running to stop.

It's funny that nothing's ever mentioned about compulsory busing. Now, that killed the cities.
Really? White flight because of I-83? I used to regularly take N Charles to Timonium, sometimes Falls Rd, and it sure looked like whites were still around. Those neighborhoods near MLK Blvd that starred in The Wire aren’t due to white flight.
For some reason, that joke reminds me of this joke:

The Inner Harbor is nice, but go outside and you take your life in your hands.

There aren’t many major cities I’d live in these days, and Baltimore definitely doesn’t make the cut.
