Yeah. The one dim that hannity keeps telling us how honest he is.
In other words, Davis represented 3M at one time, and from info learned in confidence he used that to mount a campaign against 3M. They have a good case. They lose the judgrment because a former attorney worked for the side. This is the golden rule is it not, ie attorney client privilage?
Lanny Davis will claim he is a “whistleblower”.
Another nobel dimmicrat working on behalf of the 99% and against those evil corporations...
Isn’t he one of Sean Hannity’s many “good friends”?
What is the reason for the suit? I went to the site and it took me to a list of articles and after some searching I could not find this one.
I have this nice bridge to sell anyone who does not understand that anything Hannity does or says on the air is to bascially benefit Hannity’s PR and bottomline.
Yep. It took me some months of listening to Hannity for about 1/2 hour each day before I realized what an utter phony he is. (I guess I was slower in those days....)
But, apparently there are lots of people who love him — and Blowhard O’Reilly.

Rather than screw around in court, 3M should got to Chicago and let a contract

Michael Medved also considers Lanny Davis a good friend. IIRC they knew each other in college, back when Medved was marching in support of Hanoi and not yet pretending to be a conservative.
