That’s my hope too, most particularly with Perry & Santorum. I get the feeling that Santorum would formally endorse Gingrich, too. Bachmann & Newt seem to hate each other, so I don’t know where her supporters go, but her numbers are so small now it doesn’t matter much. She turned out to be a strange bird.

HAHAHAHA Yeah, yeah. So true. Hell, I’d take on herding grasshoppers if I could pull this one off.

If Palin endorses Romney, it will be like she endorsed McCain.

Oh, wait...nevermind. :(

It would be worse. McCain was payback for her VP spot. She owes Romney nothing.

Courtesy of another freeper and Inman from his post earlier today.

"If we must have an enemy at the head of Government, let it be one whom we can oppose, and for whom we are not responsible, who will not involve our party in the disgrace of his foolish and bad measures." - Alexander Hamilton

We will have control of congress after 2012. Given that, it is better that we have an angry and alert populace insisting on political war with an open enemy in the white house, than a slumbering electorate being betrayed by the Benedict Arnold of 2012.

No Romney, PERIOD ! We told them, We told them, We told them ! Personally I'm writing in George Washington if Romney is the candidate.

And if the purple lipped bastard remains in office, do you honestly think opposition means a damned thing to him? It sure has not so far. The man has already began to shred the Constitution. With four more years, this country is done. Screw any, ANY idea he remains in office..with all do respect to Mr. Hamilton...

I think you argument is credible with regard to domestic policy. But Iran seems near the cusp of being a nuclear power, which is a dangerous time to have Obama at the helm.

I feel Newt has bottomed out in Iowa and is again on the rise. The polls are starting to reflect that. Come voting day he should be in pretty good shape. GO NEWT!

Vote as you wish, but be warned...

A VERY LARGE contingent of Christian conservatives WILL NEVER vote for Mitt Romney.

NEVER.

Don't say you weren't warned.

Shame...dreadful battle strategy. Reminds me of those that commit suicide because their girl dumped them - "There...That showed 'em".

Oh well, if that be the case, would the last American leaving the country please bring the flag?

Who the h*ll is supporting Romney? There is not one conservative that I know of that wants Romney. The fix is in for the more pliable moderate. Get ready for more of the same that has got us to this point.

If Romney is the candidate, the battle is already over and LOST. He will do MORE damage than Obama, not less.

Besides, he CANNOT win once the likes of Chris Matthews start spilling all the insaley stupic CULT secrets he believes in. Wake up !

I think Palin should come out right now for Newt. He has the best chance to beat Mitt and it would be a huge endorsement to put Newt over the top. He really supported her in 2008 when she was being trashed by the msm.

You have to think Palin has a plan, wish we knew what it is.

You may just be correct in that she's letting the dust settle a bit

If she ran it would be a very unconventional campaign.

Yes, I remember that line well.

Boy, if she does jump back in, it will be fun to watch MSM heads explode.

I effin' hate ORamney with a passion and despise the thought he is even going to Iowa but you lost me there...More damage? Really?
