The USDA Part Of The Agenda21/ICLEI Takeover Plan Is In The Works
We The People USA ^ | December 28th | McFixit1

The cancer of environmental justice, social justice, transportation justice (every justice but equal justice) are metasticizing throughout the body politic. The USDA has put out a document for public comment on it's

Environmental Justice Strategic Plan. Page 14 of the draft specifies that the purpose is to help minority and/or low income populations including American Indian or Alaskan Native populations. It's time to put an end to all these "special classes" of people. We are all Americans. Let's not let our government put us in categories and play us off against each other.

There are 6 major goals outlined in the plan. I have focused below on two of them with some of their agency specific programs

Please use suggested comments or write your own. Question the very assumptions that underlie the plan-it's all about race. Comments may be emailed to ejstrategy@osec.usda.gov.

Suggested Comments

(these are high level comments-for some specifics see the selected goals and activities section below or read the document and provide your own comments)

Comments may be emailed to ejstrategy@osec.usda.gov.

1. Environmental Justice runs counter to the precepts of the US Constitution which is the ultimate law of the land. The United States was founded on EQUAL justice. This document perverts the equal justice provisions of the law by granting special priviledges to minorities and low income people.

2. The document is based on Executive Order 12898. An Executive Order is also subservient to the Constitution and should be disregarded.

3. USDA has settled the Pigford case based on these types of policies costing the US taxpayers billions of dollars in bogus claims of wrongly denied agricultural loans. Your policies have NOT been beneficial to any communities except a few select groups. This is a travesty that is being perpetrated on the taxpayer.

4. By what authority to you write documents with policies that are counter to the Constitution?

5. How much is this going to cost? Where is the money coming from?

Selected Goals and Activities

Highlighted 2 of the 6 Goals (complete plan available here:http://www.dm.usda.gov/hmmd/USDADraftEJStrategicPlansigned.pdf )

Goal 1: Provide opportunities for environmental justice communities including:

InterTribal Technical Assistance Tribal community gardens and food policy councils-"Let's Move in Indian Country" Using USDA's Center for Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships to reduce hunger among Latinos

Goal 2: Increase capacity building for environmental justice communities

Outreach programs for Socially Disadvantaged Farmers and Ranchers Support USDA Employee Organization Groups (African American, Hispanic, Asian American and Pacific Islander, and Native American) Use Urban Field Stations to create baseline data about the distribution of tree canopy resources--identifying diparities and opportunities for environmental justice

BACKGROUND:

USDA Environmental Justice Strategy request for public comments

USDA has recently completed a draft revision of the Department's Environmental Justice Strategy. We value your input very highly and would appreciate receiving your comments and suggestions during the 30-day comment period, open from December 7, 2011 through January 7, 2012.

You can view the draft strategy here:http://www.dm.usda.gov/hmmd/USDADraftEJStrategicPlansigned.pdf. Kindly send your written comments to EJStrategy@osec.usda.gov by January 7, 2012. In addition to comments on the Strategic Plan itself, please identify USDA programs that have been the most beneficial to your community. At USDA, environmental justice refers to meeting the needs of minority populations and low-income populations by reducing disparate environmental burdens, removing barriers to participation in decision-making, and increasing access to environmental benefits that help make all communities safe, vibrant, and healthy places to live and work.

At USDA, we are committed to achieving environmental justice throughout every community in America. We strive to create opportunities to improve the environment and human health in all communities in which we work, while ensuring that environmental burdens do not affect any one community disproportionately. Given that USDA programs touch almost every American every day, the Department is well positioned to help in this effort. To effectively and efficiently meet its goals and deliver results, USDA has developed an Environmental Justice Strategic Plan outlining key priorities and strategies.

Screen cap from the subjects covered by our local land use plan seems to go a bit beyond land use.

It’s just perverse.

The whole concept of these things, agenda 21, environmental justice, it’s all so sickening.

They say one thing, then do another. And all the devious things are never mentioned. It’s all done in the shadows.

It’s all about total control.

Government at all levels attracts very controlling individuals.

I never cared for those who have a desire to control others. In fact, I have a great dislike for these types.

Yep, I couldn't care less what my neighbor does unless it interferes with me. I've been here more than a decade and it hasn't happened yet.

First the FDA took over food production in the name of food safety. (do you remember a “local” food quality scare?)

Now the USDA is spreading socialism under the name of social justice. Fn Commies. Right in our face.

The only reason minorties are the favored class is that the government types would rather steal from the majority than the minorty. More money that way.

The toxic tentacles of UN Agenda 21 are reaching into every branch of our government and our society. From locally grown Climate Action Committees to global Cap and Trade, the proponents of social justice are using every benign sounding project they can think of to take away our naturally given rights.

Even Al Sharpton (who probably can't spell environment) has changed his mantra from "social justice" to "ENVIRONMENTAL JUSTICE"

The goal is social anarchy.

Pinging the Agenda 21 list for a topical thread.

A few days ago I was pondering the vast list of wrong-headed policy actions in all our political, religious, and social institutions. They all boil down to implementation of the UN Agenda 21.

Part of the strategy is to overwhelm, but we must remember, there are a lot of concerned people who are waking up, and always always our God is bigger than all of the nonsense cooked up by evil people.

Anything we do to uphold the standard of God’s Law and Light and the freedom of our nation can be multiplied by Him. So go to the county meetings. Call your congressman at state and federal levels. Write those letters to the editor. Post on FreeRepublic. Talk to your neighbors. Keep updated on events. Just keep the crank turning by doing what you can. Do what is in front of you to do.

If you want to be on or off the Agenda 21 ping list, please notify me by Freepmail. It is a relatively low volume list in which we have been exploring the UN Agenda21 and related topics. We have collected our studies with threads, links, and discussions on the Agenda 21 thread which can be found here:

I have to wonder if the people who wrote this have ever seen an Indian reservation? The reservations in our county are disgusting messes. The government gives them free houses, but it is only a matter of a few years before the houses are almost uninhabitable.

Environmental justice, what a joke!
