So Gov't Schools in FL now have unlimited resources to monitor students Facebook pages 24/7? I wonder how much that service costs taxpayers?
Allie was charged with stalking by the sheriff's office. She has a court hearing next week.
If the prosecutor tries to pursue this, they need to be disbarred.

You should hide your identity when wishing someone bad Karma. That’s where “Karma Chameleon” comes from.

Sounds like religious intolerance on the part of the school board and police.

Based upon my experience with education professionals, I think that it is entirely possible that the school administrators do not know what the definition of “karma” is.

This is what liberals do when they take charge of an institution. Right now they are able to do things like this to children because they run the public school systems. If they gain sufficient power, they will do the same thing to adults, particularly conservative adults.

If the prosecutor tries to pursue this, they need to be disbarred. Careful. I think that makes you a stalker, Bamahead. I'm sure our benevolent Homeland comrades have been notified.

Is it a crime to wish bad karma on someone?
According to my understanding of karma, it isn't even possible. Karma is supposedly earned by one's deeds, not by what anyone else wishes. In any event, publicly wishing that bad things will happen to someone is boorish, not illegal.

Soooooo....
what happened to the person that keyed the car?
If posting that on facebook is stalking. Keying the car must be a death penalty offence.

Now why don’t you go pay your taxes? Your government is broke. :)

At least the prosecutor will get the Karma he deserves. Would she have been immune had she said, “Somebody’s chickens may well come home to roost”. That’s totally PC and if 2012 goes well, that will come to pass.

Actually, the one who got well deserved “karma” was the young lady who parked in someone else’s space and didn’t move it until the end of the day.

It seems to me that Allie and her mom should sue the school district and make them pay to send her to a private school where none of this garbage would take place.

Jeez, Florida school districts, instead of monitoring a student Facebook page, why not use the money that the TAXPAYERS are being forced to give you to give the students an EDUCATION! Florida’s schools are bad.

Stalking? She posted it on her own Facebook page, not the target’s. The target wouldn’t even see it without somehow coming to her Facebook page.
