Not guilty!

A 32-year-old woman from Dalarna in central Sweden has been remanded on suspicions of child rape for having a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old boy.
The woman was called in for questioning by police on December 22nd and placed under arrest later that day, the local Dala-Demokraten newspaper reported.
Police were alerted to the woman's relationship with the teen after she spoke to a social worker about the affair and the social worker in turn filed a report with police.
The couple allegedly began their relationship in August and continued to see each other up until the time of the woman's arrest.
According to court documents, the 32-year-old had sex with the boy at least five times.
The victim of the alleged crime has confirmed his relationship with the 32-year-old.
“The boy confirms that the information she has given is correct, but he does not believe he is an actual victim of rape,” prosecutor Fredrik Skoglund told the newspaper.
Normally having sex with a minor is a crime in Sweden only if the younger party is younger than 15-years-old.
However, the age of consent can be raised in cases where the younger person is seen to have a relationship of dependence with the older person, such as a teacher and a student.
In such cases, sex between and adult and someone as old as 18-year-old can be classified as child rape, Skoglund explained.
However, Skoglund refused to elaborate on the exact nature of the relationship between the woman and the 16-year-old.
According to the newspaper, the 32-year-old woman has no criminal record who is engaged in volunteer and charity work which puts her in close contact with children.
Well DUH! Back in MY day it was just about every guys hottest fantasy! Crime? What? Assault with a FRIENDLY weapon? Gimme a break.

They probably couldn’t control himself not being able to not control herself.

Not guilty!
1) The law needs to account more for circumstances other than age. If the issue is “position of authority”, then saying it is okay at 18 but not at 16 simply confuses the situation concerning authority.
2) Enough with the “rape”. Come up with another word.
3) If you don’t have a problem with it, then don’t admit or talk about it. Just say none of your business. I’m sure this goes on more discretely at least ten times as much. The idiots make the papers or Facebook.
A photo of her would certainly help judge whether she is quilty or whether Sweeden has just gone insane (again).
It is the custom of this website to require a photograph in order to determine the guilt or innocence of the female party.
Sex with the willing isn’t rape it’s an event.

in 1960 I graduated from High school. We had an art teacher who was about 23 I guess, her first teaching post, she taught me a lot and I can’t draw a straight line. I am afraid I passed on a few of the lesson to some of the Sr, girls before I left, they never complained.At 16 a driver’s liense was like a make-out license and the Drive -In movie a love nest.
Funny we never had sex classes in school back then , but we managed to learn for ourselves.There were 54 kids in my graduating class, we lost 3 girls along the way, to marriage. Yes we got married back then when the girls got pregnant, there was no slaughter house to take them to, to kill our offspring.I saw them at the last Reunion, one had been married twice, the others were still with their original husbands.
Since there is no photo evidence guilt or innocence might be determined based on the fact it happened in Sweden, and she was only 32. I would lean heavily towards acquittal base on the excellent fantasy aspects alone.
I too would like to see photo evidence before I judge guilty or innocent.
Like you just the fact She is in Sweden and only 32 makes it highly unlikely I would judge her guilty.
When I was sixteen (now 82) I long to be raped by a 32 year old. Still do !!!!
