You left out that whole Spector/Toomey thingy that made the conservatives stay home in ‘06.

But I think your #1 confirms what Cadell said ... Casey neutralized Santorum on abortion. The, the GLBT crowd was against him because of DOMA, and invested heavily in defeating Santorum as their #1 target that year.

Lee and Clinton are still outstanding.

Lee: 94.24 percent white.

Clinton: 95.87 percent white.

No reservations to speak of. Both in Eastern Iowa, on the Illinois border.

NO ELECTION IN HISTORY has seen this nation and citizenry in such a horrendous, shameful, tragic, demoralized, impoverished and overwhelmed state with THE worst, most purposely cold-blooded, anti-American potus EVER, who’s taking his pounds of flesh of redistributive resentment and vengeance out on us every single day, along with all his Obot czars and overlords ... NEVER! God have mercy on us, we humbly beseech you, and keep Your Angels every near.

AMEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unless your claiming that Rubio’s parents had diplomatic immunity or something.

Try not to get too excited about the Iowa Caucus. The winner hasn’t gone on to be the nominee, then win the general election in too many years to count.

Iowa has become nearly irrelevant, except for bragging rights. Same for New Hampshire. South Carolina and Florida are the real tests of true grit, and will separate the real players from the also rans.

He also said Santorum would have no chance (his exact words may have been “dead meat” I can’t recall) against Obama.

Wishful thinking, Pat?

I don’t remember him being such an idiot.

Shouldn’t take very long if they aren’t being rigged.

Perry needs to get out now. He is only helping Romney at this point.

Same for Newt. Oh wait, . . .

What was he? In a pick up truck all across Iowa, and only got a big bus like the big boys in the final days?

Just as Herman Cain said, the MEDIA does not decide these things, the PEOPLE do. I love it. The sound of establishment liberal brains exploding all over the place tonight, all in D.C., at the RNC, along K Street, in Karl Roves living room, all of it, music to my ears. Lets seize power from the morons and turn the party around, have a solid Conservative platform and candidate, and propose to the nation a stark difference from OBONGO, not another "me-too, Obama light RINO playing the middle and getting respect from nobody."

Yaaaaaawwwwwnnnn. Been reading this same post all night. Some women will vote for him, some will not. I have no doubt he will have more men support him than women, though so I would not assume 50/50 split.

If he gets the nomination, I will vote for him and enjoy the heck out of the debates, as will many of the women I know. Like I said I like his proposals, his accomplishments in Congress, and his ability to articulate conservative principles.

I also liked Perry, except for his speaking ability, which I thought was getting better. Haven't cared much for Santorum, but will vote for him, if he gets the nomination.

Santorum’s problem is that he doesn't project that he even has confidence deep down that he has the ability to be President. He is going to have to overcome that to beat Obama. Hopefully, after the primaries, if he is the candidate, he will have gained that air of confidence.

So far, this primary has been waaaaaay more interesting than the last one. I am looking forward to the next debate.
