Do you realize that every politician regardless of party, and every Citizen that serves or has served in the U.S. military, has taken an oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America?

What does that have to do with a VP?

If he is not a NBC, he can still be the VP. He can not be the POTUS.

To say that all in the line of succession for the presidency have to be NBC means that all the cabinet appointments, Congress critters, and I forget who else have to be.

If the VP is not able to be the president, it slides down the the next edible holder.
