Newt ping!
Nationally, it is still a two man race!
20% still undecided?
South Carolina is the lynchpin. Again.
4% -> 5% -> 6% -> likely headed to double digits in the next week
If Romney gets the GOP nomination and I state ‘I will not vote for the man’, will I be blamed if Obama is reelected??
I like how it’s looking for Newt. Fight Newt! You can take Romney!
Polls mean nothing.. it’s whatever the poller wants to report for the most part.
I’ll see what happens in November.
Let's look at Newt's standing in the tracking poll a week ago, and a week before that, and so on:
35% - 12/05-09/2011
28% - 12/12-17/2011
26% - 12/19-23/2011
23% - 12/26/2011-1/02/2012
Notice a trend?
I have to wait until the MAJOR Hollywood movie stars express their valuable opinions.
“If Romney gets the GOP nomination and I state I will not vote for the man, will I be blamed if Obama is reelected”
Not if you live in New York or California or a deep blue state because it makes no difference whether you vote for Romney or do not vote at all as the ultimate result will be all their electoral votes will be going to Obama anyway. If you live in a swing state that is another story.
"If we must have an enemy at the head of Government, let it be one whom we can oppose, and for whom we are not responsible, who will not involve our party in the disgrace of his foolish and bad measures."
- Alexander Hamilton
NO RINOmney!
“Notice a trend? “
24/7 lies and distortions against him?
They won’t be able to do that in a 50 state race...not even with a billion dollars. There’s no defending against it in Iowa.
No - if Romney gets the nomination, he will lose to Obama no matter how you or I vote and the fault will lie squarely at the feet of the Republican establishment, who insist on shoving “their guy” down our throats, even though there is no way he’ll win the general election.
It’s Gerald Ford in ‘76, Bob Dole in ‘96, John McCain in 2008....”but he’s the most electable one!” Yeah, that’s worked well for us!
Le Chien Rouge: “If Romney gets the GOP nomination and I state I will not vote for the man, will I be blamed if Obama is reelected
chuckee: “Not if you live in New York or California or a deep blue state...”
I may very well wear gloves and vote for Scott Brown again. But Milt? No. I will not vote for him, ever.
Nope, at least, not by me. As I’ve stated before, I refuse to vote for Romney even if Lucifer himself is the other option.
Those are Newt's NATIONAL numbers, a 12 point decline in 3 weeks.
In Iowa he's dropped from 31% to 13%.
Too bad the primary is by states and not a one day event. Go Santorum!
Yes. But not rightfully. You didn’t vote for Zero. You voted for someone you agreed with. Blame the republicans who selected a democrat to run on their spot in on the ticket.
You and I agree. No flipping way I’ll vote for Romney. Even in the booth when no one is looking. I’ll write in myself first.
Iowians are very smart people and will see that Newt is the best choice after all.
