The former Hoboken police lieutenant who was fired after 2007's Hoboken SWAT team scandal and an angry airport incident is continuing the fight to get his job back.
Angelo Andriani will appear before an Office of Administrative Law judge several more times within the next few months.
Andriani was fired after he carried a badge during his suspension for two trips to Louisiana when he was photographed pretending to be a Ku Klux Klan member, posing with bare-breasted women at Mardi Gras, letting Hooters girls hold his weapons and more.

I hope “letting Hooters girls hold his weapon” is not actually ‘code’ for something else...

Let me guess, this was during his SWAT team seminar?
What state is this guy from?

I hope letting Hooters girls hold his weapon is not actually code for something else... It's code for the tax payers getting gang raped again.

From the emblem on his shirt, he must fancy himself an SAS operative. I’ve seen other SWAT units who styled their badges/patches/logos on SEAL badges, Ranger Tabs, SF flashes, etc. It’s very telling as to how these people perceive themselves.

Hard to believe these guys just handed over their tax paid weapons to some bar broads, all for cool pics of themselves.
And the sports like police jerseys, hats and logos?
Absolutely amazing..
I recall a time, when cops never *ever* advertised or broadcasted they were cops if it could be avoided.

The Officer, like any other person, deserves a second chance.
Give him his job back.

He wasn't pretending to be a Klan member. He was holding a napkin on his head through which he had cut two holes. Obviously, alcohol was involved.
I don't know anything about the N.J. Swat Scandal or the "airport incident" but if he was fired for partying too hard, I'd say give him another chance.
