Obama: 'I refuse to take no for an answer'

President Obama, introducing his controversial recess appointment to a crowd of Pennsylvania supporters, explained that he would not "take no for an answer" from the U.S. Senate -- especially the Republicans, that refused to confirm his nominee to the Consumer Financial Protections Bureau.

"I refuse to take no for an answer," Obama said at a campaign-style event. "I'm not going to stand by while a minority in the senate puts party ideology ahead of the people that we were elected to serve."

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., opposes the nomination because the CFPB "is subject to none of the checks that independent agencies normally operate under." McConnell also accused Obama of "fundamentally endanger[ing] the Congress’s role in providing a check on the excesses of the executive branch" by using a recess appointment that breaks with precedent. House Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio, recalls a policy laid out by his own Department of Justice (DOJ) before the Supreme Court, saying that the Senate has not been adjourned for a long enough time for a recess appointment to take place.

Ironically, White House Press Secretary Jay Carney defended Obama yesterday from the claim that he is acting like a "monarch" -- "it is not accurate to suggest that he doesn’t want to engage with Congress and that he won't engage with Congress," Carney said -- even while refusing to give any hint that Obama was going to make this move. "I just don't have any specifics to give to you on tomorrow's trip," Carney said during the press briefing yesterday.

If this guy gets reelected I don’t think my 7 grandchildren will grow up in the same country I grew up in.

There was a time, not that goddam long ago, when a President who overruled a Constitutionally legitimate legislative act by reference to the first person (as opposed to invoking "settled Executive authority", for example) would have been widely viewed as an out-of-control, potential tyrant.

Whereas: there's nothing "potential" about Obama. He thinks he's entitled to rule by virtue of his supposed intellectual superiority. I imagine that either FDR or LBJ would be embarrassed by this man's hubris - and neither was known for their sense of self-doubt.

Goddamn to hell the muhammedan Baraka Soetero Hussein Obama, the first American dictator since Lincoln, determined to cause riots in the streets, just like he did when he fomented the overthrow of the Kenyan Government in 2006.

Its painfully obvious to any objective observer that the communist in the White House is hardly an American.

This is a guy who said the US is comprised of 57 states, who's father, stepfather, and brothers are all muhammadans, and is in league with fellow marxists, sex perverts, domestic terrorists, and thieves.

IT IS AN INDICTMENT ON THE USA THAT THIS MUSLIM COMMUNIST SERVES AS POTUS.

In more civilized times, like in 1787, this shifty son of a whore and his comrades would be run out of town on a rail.

An electorate that puts Clinton in the WH twice, gives the insane al gore the popular vote, elects a not natural born muslim communist POTUS at least once, and then elects bushes three times and Reagan twice is an electorate that is mentally retarded.

The Republic is in great jeopardy AND IS IN DECLINE.

DRASTIC MEASURES ARE IN ORDER.

If he thinks people hate him now, wait until he and his comrades try to steal the WH in 2012.

This is going to be a SERIOUS fight.

The GOP may not survive if MYTH ROMNEY or some other crook gets the nomination, and for sure the unions will be going for broke to put more marxists in office, especially Hussein.

The next GOP POTUS needs to declare a Zero tolerance policy for marxists in US government.

Investigate and arrest members of the “Congressional Progressive Caucus”and Declare all States "Right to Work" states, no more forced compulsory union dues in order to keep your job.

Defund the marxist trade and government worker unions.

No one will pay union dues voluntarily.

Let the union workers give themselves a raise by not having to pay any more dues.

The next POTUS must cripple the corrupt and degenerate marxist public and private sector unions by declaring all States of this union to be "Right to Work States"
