Is that pic a carbq of a Volt? Was it involved in an accident or did it spontaneously-combust because of this issue around the recall?

That pic is the first one that was sitting idly in the garage and somehow the structure burned. No real cause for the fire was given, but with the info we have on the vehicle today, it would not be out of the realm for the Volt to be the cause.
About a year ago one burnt down garage in CT. I see remains of a wood structure, so that may be it.
