I’ll leave you and South to your own devices .. but BOTH Santorum’s father AND his grandfather were Italian immigrants. He explained that in his speech the other night. And he said the grandfather was naturalized 5 years after he got here.
If that’s true, then Aldo is not an immigrant.
I have read nothing to that effect.
I have read from numerous sources that Ricks father Aldo was an immigrant.
At any rate it’s all academic, I am not suggesting Santorum is not qualified due to birth.
yeah, I don’t think there’s anyone raising questions about Santorum’s eligibility.
But what his family did was pretty typical of the early 20th century. Grandfather came here, lived on a pittance, saved money, and one by one brought the rest of the family over. It’s what most immigrants, especially from southern Europe, did then. They were too poor, so most didn’t come in family packs.
I found that part of Santorum’s speech most interesting. If it’s on youtube you should check it out.
And I have no "guy of the week". That you would even suggest a thing is a lie. That’s not unexpected from a Perrybot, but a lie just the same.
I have supported one candidate in this race and that was Herman Cain. Since then I have said I would be happy with the either of the two conservatives still in the race, they being Santorum or Bachmann. With Bachmann out it’s down to Santorum. So I have now supported 2 candidates in this race. That hardly makes Santorum my “guy of the week”, but it does prove you are a liar.
Say what you will about Santorum, at least he gets votes, an accomplishment that thus far is well beyond the ability of your pro-ILLEGAL alien hero, RINO Rick.
If that was your intent you failed miserably. All you did was make a fool of yourself. That's not unusual behavior for you -- in fact, it's to be expected.
As I said, if you had any credible information to prove Santorum's father was not a legal citizen you would surely have provided it. But you don't and you didn't. You just revealed that you are willing to attack the only real conservative in the race with nothing in which to base it. You make a great liberal.
Really? The fact that Santorum’s opposition to gay marriage and abortion brings him scrutiny elicits, “GO PERRY GO!” from you?
