Nanny State PING!
Thanks for the ping!
Lefty logic: Tax it. Become dependent on the tax revenue. Ban it and wonder what happened to the revenue.
Insanity at its root.
I have no idea.

Smoking in public, yes or no is the least of the problems in Indiana. The Democrats will not show up in the legislature to allow a quorum to do business because they don’t want restrictions on public employee unions passed. Just as in Wisconsin last year, the Democrats are hiding and not showing up. Rather than debate the issue (which they would lose as taxpayers realize public employees have pensions, benefits and work rights far in excess to private workers) the Democrats flee the state.
State employees in Indiana aren’t unionized to begin with. The proposed legislation in Indiana would protect private employees from forced unionization.
A “hookah” is a smoking device or a pipe that looks a lot like a bong
Typical MSM article by a competing state for business. It looks like they may cover a very important article, but start out complaining that their neighbor won’t be as stupid as they were.
