FATAL OFFICER INVOLVED SHOOTING 3648 W. ANTHEM WAY. Units on scene of a FATAL officer involved shooting in north Phoenix. Deputy was responding to a burglary call at a medical plaza and shot. After being transported to the hospital, the deputy passed away from his injuries. Suspect also pronounced deceased following his injuries. Sheriff and Highway Patrol tactical units actively clearing the area
