Lot's of truth in that. Let's examine the record.
Bush: big spender, weak on immigration, couldn't win any wars. Talked like a conservative.
Obama: big spender, weak on immigration, couldn't win any wars. Talked like a liberal.
Sure, they talked differently. But they had much in common. Bush's only great accomplishment was that he kept the homeland safe. Now Obama can claim that very same thing.
So who would be different? Palin, Cain, Paul. The first two are out. The third one does not inspire confidence, in me at least.
Whenever I see Ron Paul on TV, I can’t tell if it is really him talking or the “Bad Lip Reading” people putting words in his mouth. The nuttiness is hard to discern.
“What if the real war was a war of misinformation? What if the government constructs its own reality in order to suit its own agenda? What if civil liberties don’t mean anything to the government? What if the government just chooses to allow you to exercise them freely because you don’t threaten it at the moment?”
Proving most Paul supporters are conspiracy nuts.
No “what ifs” required to see that plain as day.

Ron Paul will never be supported on Free Republic. EVER.
Paul has been in a perfect position to do the things he’s been claiming as reasons to vote for him. He has had 620 bills, only 4 of which have been voted upon (he’s even voted against his own proposals many times), and only 1 has ever been passed into law.
At least the nutball won’t run for re-election to congress and will finally be purged as a candidate after this election.

Ron Paul will never be supported by anyone who is intelligent, honest, sane and not working for Obama.
All of Ron Paul's supporters fall into one or more of the following categories.
1. Insane
2. Stupid
3. Operatives working to ensure the reelection of Obama.
If you are not being paid by the Obama people for your posting you fall into categories 1 and/or 2.

Personally I like Israel, but I'm sure they do some things that I don't care for like spying on our Republic. Surly you do not support Israel spying on the United States?
