Bottom line: three federal judges and Hussein's lackey Eric Holder are trying to thwart the will of the people via their elected representatives. The liberals are demanding more "minority" voting districts.

What happened is the Leftist liberal court completely IGNORED the Republican legislature's constitutionally drawn district maps and just drew their own.

Someone please tell me how "equal protection" is being applied when these stringent "voter rights" Act requirements are only imposed on some Southern States. How is this not unconstitutional?

the libs and leftists see their utopia coming to an abrupt sudden end, and they don’t like it... they know it is now or never, so expect to see every leftist out there doing their best to thwart the will of the voters... the old hippies are dying off, and the new crop is just too uneducated and lazy to give a damn... it is over for them and they know it... they ain’t goin’ away quietly though

Yet another case that will be decided by Anthony Kennedy. I hope he makes the right decision.
