OBAMA’s - and other Presidents’ - signing statements pertaining to portions of bills that HE doesn’t agree to, but signs the bill anyway, are nothing more than illegal line item vetoes. (I seem to recall that the USSC struck down a line item veto bill pertaining to budgets that was passed during the Clinton administration) If HE doesn’t agree with all elements of a bill, then HE should veto it, and send it back to Congress. That’s the way the rules were written.
Obama’s decision to make the recess appointments was not the worst kind of politics.
That comes when the Congress allows it to stand and does not impeach Obama for violation of the Constitution.
Obama needs his little liberal fascistas in key positions so that labor unions can fulfill their historic destiny as they did in Germany in the 1920’s.
Obama is a nationalist socialist. He needs to be defeated utterly, yet our nation cannot bear to face the truth of WHAT it has elected to office.
