SALINAS, Calif. - Bullying is taking a new form online, but it's not kids attacking other kids. Now, they're turning on their teachers. What kids are doing is they're pushing their teachers over the edge, secretly recording it on their phone and uploading it to Youtube. It's becoming a teachers' worst nightmare. Students are purposely getting them angry so they can capture it all on camera. You can find a number of "Cyberbaiting" videos students are posting on Youtube. In one of them, a teacher is accused of spitting on a student, another one shows a teacher throwing and smashing desks around the classroom as kids laugh.

agree and very true on what you say.
I’d love to see my kids at school, have them know they can’t just get up and talk while they are supposed to be silent,my youngest> and hear what teachers in any school are being told.
so no problem for teachers to do and say what ever in the school even if they are reading books about two men getting married to 5 year old kids and then have the teacher be defended saying they never did that.
so no cameras in the classroom to stop teachers pushing their liberal agenda for you then.
OK you can look at it as a fascist state etc just like the couple of liberal teachers I met but if we are paying for kids to be in a school then I want to know what that teacher is saying.

There was an incident recently in my state where a special ed teacher was mocking out a student. The kid recorded it and the teacher was suspended.
Schools like to brag about all the cameras they have in their hallways. Well, the kids have cameras too, and they use them.
There are a lot of incidents that could be captured even if the kids are just able to keep those devices. Problem is because those things are multi-use, they ban them because kids are going to be screwing around. I could give some examples I’ve had happen in my school, it’s been numerous things and my kids are only in first and third grade. Unfortunately, when it’s a young kid repeating what they had happen or what was said to them, of course it’s always looked at as “misinterpretation”.
Let then record my classes and show it to their parents - they might learn something.
Today’s lesson was the 4th chapter of The Scarlet Letter and 10 vocabulary words.

Not true. You can only be sued if you grossly ignore the stipulations of the student’s IEP. If you follow the urgings of the special ed staff (provided that they are competent) you most definitely can fail them. I’ve failed them!
Also, the only thing a parent can do is complain to the state department of education. As long as you have paperwork, a signed IEP notification, and a couple of unanswered emails to the parent about their student and emails to the special ed staff, the parents will fight a losing battle.
So, these Alinskyite teachers are upset that the kids have gone all Alinsky on them?

If you are jack*** enough to have your child in the leftist government school system, don't force continued surveillance on the rest of us. Surveillance is a totalitarian fascist method of control. If you don't like what is happening in schools, get out. Refuse to support. Leave.
It is like safety versus security. Safety is having police officers on the block keeping the peace and protecting people from the bad. Security is having surveillance cameras everywhere to make it easier for the government to catch the bad guys who killed you.

I never I said if you are paying for your kids to be in a school or paying teachers then you have a right to know what your kids are being told and how your kid is acting.
If you do not like cameras for parents to see teachers saying and teaching certain things in schools then do not register to have it or even think about it and you won’t be pissed off when your kid which I presume you do have kids so you know what it is like to be a parent, right?
