Voting While Dead - Don't think the dead can vote? Check out this revealing video:

MANCHESTER, N.H. — Video footage provided exclusively to The Daily Caller shows election workers in New Hampshire giving out ballots in the names of dead voters at multiple voting precincts during the state’s primary election on Tuesday.

The bombshell video is the work of conservative filmmaker James O’Keefe and his organization, Project Veritas.

Voters in the Granite State are not required to present identification to vote. O’Keefe’s investigators were able to obtain ballots under the names of dead voters at polling locations Tuesday by simply asking for them, he said.

“Live free or die,” an election worker told one of the investigators in the video. “This is New Hampshire. No ID needed.”

They never asked for a ballot and they never identified themselves as that dead person. They only asked if a name was on the voter list. Poll Checkers do this all day in every election. They even go so far as to ask if said person has voted. If not, they call that person to get them out to the polls.

typical leftists in NH want to prosecute the guys that exposed the flaws in their system, for no gain whatsoever. the democrats all talk about how the Kennedy family bought the 1960 election like it was a joke, but expose potential for election fraud and they go nuts.

Are you trying to treat the dead like 2nd Class Citizens? There are more dead people than living. Some of our greatest presidents are dead. There are dead people from all walks of life in every social spectrum. Everyone who is alive today will eventually be dead. Yet, this elitist attitude continues to pervade our political system, saying that only living people should vote or only living people should be allowed into restaurants, or to ride in the front of the bus, or to use public restrooms. Not to mention the fact that dead people aren't allowed to marry, or to adopt children in most states. Yet, the dead pay taxes.

No wonder that 99% of Deceased-Americans vote the straight Democrat ticket.

Your post cross-pollinated in my mind with a few threads about govt control, monitoring and potential takeover of the internet, and out popped this new slogan for tomorrow:

"Click free or die!"

I wonder if it's already on Google, or if I can claim rights?

In Texas the total number of voters at a precinct must be posted every 2 hours during the day, but it is illegal to list who has or hasn't voted or communicate that information to anyone.

There IS voter fraud in NH. In the 2008 primary, I distinctly there were some scattered reports of an unusual phenomenon of out of state license plates at polls, perhaps some even here on Free Republic. I personally heard a caller into the Howie Carr Boston WRKO AM radio talk show say she was living elsewhere, from where was calling in winter but registered to vote around Plymouth NH. She had gotten a call from a friend up there who said she saw she had voted and wondered why she hadn‘t stopped by to visit. I was further struck in that a caller into the Rush Limbaugh show had a similar story. We are after all up against Massachusetts.

There was more than one incident communicated to Carr such he was periodically over the post 2008 primary discussion emphatically stating there was no evidence of coordinated emailing on to support such allegations. Alas we were dealing with Obama pre-polling over H. Clinton and there was every reason to think the Clinton Machine was in action, though it fell short.

Be sure to take the little time to watch the 13 minute raw video. A poll chief there is heard to say rolls were purged of the dead just a couple days before voting.

This was expertly done. They go in and say; “Do you have John Smith on the list?” The poll worker then says; “Yes. At 123 Main Street?” The Veritas guy then says; “Yes, that’s the right address.” The poll worker then hands them a ballot. The Veritas guy then says; “Don’t I need an I.D.?” The poll worker then says; “No.”

Lynch vetoed voter ID legislation that became a very contentious issue here in NH late summer 2011. .
Senate in very Untypical fashion (since huge Nov 2010 legislative wins) failed to override
http://newhampshire.watchdog.org/9185/nh-senate-overrides-four-vetoes-sustains-vetoes-of-voter-id-and-rggi-repeal/

SB 129- Voter ID
This bill would require all New Hampshire voters to provide a state-issued photo ID at the polls. Anyone not able to produce an ID could cast a provisional ballot, and could return later that week to prove they are who they say they are. Supporters argue that people must show the ID all the time, and that it is not unreasonable to prove your identity in order to vote. They claim an ID requirement will prevent voter fraud.
Governor Lynch casts the right to vote as fundamental, and being forced to show ID as an attempt to frustrate this right. Opponents of the bill have also rallied local election officials against the provisional ballot provision, which they say will impose new costs and duties at Town Halls across the state.
Senator Sharon Carson argues that 30 states require photo ID to vote. She says New Hampshire is the only state that allows same-day voter registration without also requiring voter ID. She says opponents points to few prosecutions for voter fraud in New Hampshire and conclude there isn’t a problem.
“There are hundreds of allegations of suspicious or fraudulent voting each year,” Carson said, but adds that without an ID requirement there is no way to prosecute these cases.
She says those without ID can still vote provisionally, and can get an official state ID for free if they don’t have a driver’s license. She said it’s time for New Hampshire to adopt a voter ID law.
“It ensures that our election process remains clean and without fraud,” Carson concluded.
Sen. Lou D’Allesandro supported the veto. He alluded to the days before the Voting Rights Act, and says New Hampshire got rid of its laws limiting access to the polls.
“We have an election process in this state that’s as good as any in the nation. We encourage voter participation,” D’Allesandro argued, saying New Hampshire doesn’t have a voter fraud problem.
Senator Russell Prescott thanks Governor Lynch for vetoing SB 129 because of the provisional ballot measure. He says he supports voter ID, but that the provisional ballot measure makes it more difficult to vote than to register to vote. He says he plans to bring forward a clean voter ID bill this fall.
Senator Molly Kelly says if the premise of the bill is to address voter fraud, but that the Secretary of State and local election officials find no history of voter fraud. She says the bill carries the potential for discrimination against voters, and that it is far-reaching and unnecessary.
Senator Ray White says this bill was a tough one for him. He says the House added the provisional ballot measure in order to set aside potentially fraudulent votes, but says that complicates election procedures locally. He says those flaws in the bill led him to sustain the Governor’s veto despite his support for voter ID.
Senator Carson also promised to introduce new legislation this fall to address the concerns of town clerks.
The Senate failed to override the veto on SB 129, by a vote of 7-17, with just seven in favor.
