Its the sober ones that scare the hell out of me...

Do you think there is such a thing as a sober paulbot?
NO sober person is stupid enough to vote for an anti-American like Cut and Run.

He should not even be on the republican ballot.
Who are his supporters besides the ones we know about!? His remarks are horrible.

Even Russia has “None of the Above” on their ballot - that’s something I could go for.

I liked Paul until I heard his opinions about Israel as the perpetrator of all the trouble - he sounds just like Cynthia McKinney.

I like his domestic ideas, but his foreign policy would likely be a nightmare....not that we aren’t in a mega-nightmare right now and have been for the past 10 years.

Thanks mnehring. His claim to having used a ghostwriter stems from the pointy white hood.

The problem is that unless Paul’s domestic policy is implemented and soon, we won’t be able to afford much of a foreign policy.

I believe that is the whole point - Ron Paul is the only one who really does acknowledge out loud that the Titanic has hit the iceberg. You don’t get to worry about “foreign entanglements” until you right the ship, plug the gaping holes, or you will sink.

Where is our candidate who will close off immigration (legal and illegal), eliminate all roadblocks to economic growth, eliminate all incentives that drain on our society culturally, and essentially restore individual responsibility? Do we have to crash as a nation first? Can we ever get back our country if we do crash? Soros et.al. are betting against the USA - doe we give them yet another victory?

And don't forget the Occupy_Whatever crowd. LRon has locked that up too. His followers fit right in.

I don’t think I’d want to close off legal immigration, as that would thow yet another roadblock for economic growth. I’d just liekd to see it made more difficult to immigrate illegally, and easier to immigrate legally. Otherwise we are in agreement.

At 6:20 “They’re a very weak nation. I feel sorry for them, they don’t want trouble.”

The ugly truth is that due to easy access to abortion since the early 1970s, 50+ million people were not born - to make up for that huge deficit (even worse in Europe) the Leftists in our govt. and the crony corporatists have done everything to make it easy for all kinds of immigration. This recent wave isn’t like the one that brought my relatives - where people were anxious to become Americans - now way too many want the dole while they maintain the crummy culture they escaped. The health problems alone are enough to break the Bank, even those coming legally under refugee status. A virulent strain of TB happened a few years ago here in Battle Creek - traced back to refugess from Burma.

A healthy economy where you only need one breadwinner in the family would go far to enouraging people to have children — the population bomb isn’t that there will be too many people — rather, there will be too few to maintain society.

Pat B. is more than a kook for sure!! Barry Goldwater was demonized back then, just as bad as any Conservative is today, in the run up to the Nov. ‘64 general. I thought he was on the square then and I still do.

Yes, of course, and sadly instead we got Nixon. Goldwater was the closest thing to a classical liberal the US could have had, with the exception of Coolidge and Harding.

You know I meant classical liberal as in the vein of David Hume, or Adam Smith, ect....? I didn't mean liberal as the term is understood today.
