Palestinian officials say that at least one person was killed in an explosion that hit a Rafah home of a senior terrorist, Popular Resistance Committees Secretary-General Zuheir Qeisi. At least six other Palestinians were wounded....

This from the A7 update: The terrorist group added that the explosion had been caused by a “malfunction” — sometimes also referred to as a “work accident,” a mishap that occurs when a bomb-maker mishandles the explosives he is preparing.
