You are uninformed. Rick Perry is the first Texas governor to cut spending since WWII. There are close to 1300 people moving to Texas daily and that will add the need for services but the state has a favorable atmosphere for business -- low regulations, litigation and taxes. Almost half of all the jobs filled in the 50 United States happened in Texas.

So are the wallets of all the big-bucks Perry supporters who persistently underpay their illegal-immigrant employees.

"Flexibility" on payday for cash-strapped entrepreneurs is such a key element of free-market capitalism, you know.

It's nice to be able to "meet your payroll" by just making it smaller with a pencil-whip or 200.

What was that old parable, about the prudent servant? "Take 100 jars, and write sixty."

I'll bet the Tyson family and Bo Pilgrim could tell you to the penny, how much per pound of chicken Rick Perry has saved them in production costs, by supporting open borders and protecting them from prosecution on a host of labor-law and immigration-law charges.
