I hope an attorney or the various attorney groups, (Apuzzo, Donofrio, Liberty Legal Foundation, etc), that are litigating eligibility on various levels will pursue this. Are we a nation of laws or not? I know it's Chicago, but there it is, right in the Code.
Btw, I remember researching Obama before the 08 election and discovering he was a member of the New Party . . I sat in stunned silence for about a minute and thought, "How did he even get the nomination?" Then it hit me. . .

Ha Ha! They waited till the Dem hack Judge in Virginia rules that the Pubs couldn’t get on the ballot there cos their law suit wasn’t constitutional and timely.
