Parole? She should have been executed.

I get the Sunday Times & finished this article last night. Robbins has known her since high school when his best friend dated her. I did not think it advocated for her release. and I did not at all get the feeling that he was smitten w/ her. It featured blistering comments from people who were friends, colleagues, and family of the murdered men.

I can say that no matter how much someone has changed in prison, if you have murdered someone or participated in a crime where people were murdered you DON’T deserve to be get out. I put myself in the position of the wife, the child, the brother or sister, the parent, the friend; these people will never get to see their loved one grow old. I will never understand why someone who murders someone is even eligible for a parole hearing. (I think of the Manson murderers & just shake my head when I read that they were denied parole. Really, was it even something worth discussing?????!!!!)

I forgot to add that I was shocked at how I believe that everyone involved in this crime is OUT. One man is now a journalism professor at Columbia.

She was tried in a judicial proceeding for participating in the cold-blooded deaths of two (2) Law Enforcement police officers , and a Brinks guard .

Initially she protested her trial by not appearing (”in absentia”).
Then she represented herself.
Then she appealed the sentance since she had incompetant counsel (herself).

While imprisoned, she obtained her college degree (at taxpayers expense), and writes poetry .
She is intelligent and manipulative .

Ask the families of the three men that were gunned down how they feel about release ?
None of the other codefendents were stupid either; they all took a cold-calculated risk . Judith Clark was , as I recall , the “wheelman” of the get away car following the Brinks robbery by the Weather Underground .

Most of the other codefendents were pardoned by Democratic administrations , think related to the “ Occupy” movement .

For the sake of instruction to what keyword(s) do you refer? I have examined what was posted and what I stated as my belief and find no political correct transgressions.

Thank you for your edification.

Grathwohl counters: “I knew Judith Clark and in my opinion she is just as cold and dedicated to the overthrow of this country as Bernardine Dorhn and Bill Ayers. As Ayers said, his only regret was that they didn’t do more.”

Ayers and Dohrn largely avoided responsibility for their crimes, primarily because the Carter Justice Department indicted FBI officials and charged them with violating the civil rights of terrorists and their associates. President Reagan would later pardon the FBI officials.

Ayers and Dohrn went on to become academic activists and professors. Their association with Barack Obama when he was a community organizer and state senator from Illinois became a controversy when Obama ran for and won the presidency in 2008.
