LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Police in central Arkansas say an 18-year-old woman was shot and wounded when she was caught in the crossfire after she got into an argument at the city's Martin Luther King Day parade.
"I called the police because I got scared you know," said witness Martha Fuentes.

MOST(not ALL)Blacks have never been able rid themselves of tribal tendencies.
It is too easy to blame the white man when the primary cause of violence stares at you in the mirror every morning.

The Democratic party undertow, too bad the hipster urban white libs are too busy recycling or saving polar bears they could have marched for MLK.
It sounds more like she was a primary participant. "Caught in the crossfire" is for the uninvolved.
