Sure they did. Check out Federalist 78. Hamilton is pretty clear that the courts were the branch in which that power was vested.

To hell with Federalist 78, and screw Hamilton and the horse he rode in on.

The Founders clearly gave the House the power of impeachment, establishing the courts and controlling the court’s purse strings.

The House has the power to crush the judiciary whenever it wants. Assuming, of course, that we can find House members with the stones to turn the situation around.

If not, let’s find out how many generals and divisions the black-robed Marxists have.

Hamilton was not the only founder, nor is Federalist 78 part of the Constitution. I will point out that both Andrew Jackson and Abraham Lincoln IGNORED the rulings of the Supreme Court.
