Foreign company now fully owns U.S. elections reporting software

This might not be a big deal in the end, but it sure has an odd vibe that a foreign company now owns the software used to report precinct level election results in the United States. BlackBoxVoting.org reports:

In a major step towards global centralization of election processes, the world’s dominant Internet voting company has purchased the USA’s dominant election results reporting company.

When you view your local or state election results on the Internet, on portals which often appear to be owned by the county elections division, in over 525 US jurisdictions you are actually redirected to a private corporate site controlled by SOE software, which operates under the name ClarityElections.com.

What could possibly go wrong? Well, consider the following.

Well, there’s another disturbing thing here. The article keeps saying “foreign” without naming a country. Why?

O.K.. I read the original article and SCYTLE is in Barcelona, in the country that caved in wholesale to the Muzzie terrorists after their subway was bombed.

SCYTLE also has voting software in Kiev. How comforting.

Heavy duty Goldman Sachs connections here with ties to Tony Blair in the UK.

Also, it is VERY interesting that there is a Spain connection here. Remember the trip to Spain the Obamas took?

M. Savage revealed yesterday that this company is located in Spain and is owned by Goldman-Sachs, Bain Capitol and the Bank of England. Ya think they could be fearing the Tea Party movement?

Yes. The Spanish vacation multi-million dollar extravaganza, installment 23.

Then, there’s the green, solar company 0bama gave money to—with a Spanish HQ. Wonder if that will ‘suddenly go bankrupt,’ too? Abengoa: http://capoliticalnews.com/2011/11/11/obama-loans-2-7-billion-to-a-spanish-solar-company/

SOE Software is a Clarity developer. Out of Tampa.....an hour or so from Orlando. And Disney World will be locked down tight.

Wonder if the private meeting will occur at Victoria and Albert’s then? Yes, it’s conspiratorial, but, also, good business on their part to kiss 0’s hand, donde, otra vez, nunca se pone ni una jota del sol.

Now that's the essential information. Thanks.

The company does not count the votes nor does it send the vote counts to election officials. It reports them to the media.

Let's not get too worked up over it.

The question you might want to ask is why no American company thought it worth buying.

Yes let’s get worked up over it.

There is no integrity to any of the companies that own the voting machine developer.

They have all received bailout money to the tune of billions.

They have a vested interest in maintaining power by the election of candidates favorable to them

They have virtually unlimited resources for wrong doing.

I am sure plenty of American companies would have like to purchase the company, but again, how many have the monetary resources and political clout of Goldman Sachs.

I think your response is disingenuous.

I think your response is disingenuous.

Look. I think the computerized voting system Congress forced us to implement is a mess. Add to that the lack of voter ID requirements and the whole thing is a true scandal.

The company named here has nothing to do with all that. It's a private service that reports voting totals on the Internet. It is not the official count.

There are plenty of American companies who could have bought it -- they do have the money. Evidently they didn't want it. Probably isn't profitable.

Now, my response may well end up being wrong, but it certainly was not "disingenuous."

I’d like to know who you think could have bought it.

When governments hand over public information to a private company, they don’t own it anymore. The government’s relationships with these companies is the definition of fascism.

But so many companies in this country. and the trashnational corporations with loyalty to no country, have these fascistic deals with the government, apparently Americans aren’t discerning enough to understand the danger.
